Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Destin Pointe is a GREAT spot - The new pool/hot tub overlooking the beach/gulf is an awesome addition since we last stayed there - the House great with no complaints. The Beach access is really pretty easy with a short 4-5 minute walk down the boardwalk to the beach access.

1st time at Happy Days

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd visit to Destin Pointe, 1st time renting a home and it was spacious and provided many amenities for our group. Property management company was very responsive before and during our visit. The extra beach toys, games wagon, beverage fridge and freezer in the garage was very useful. There was even a large table for snacks or dining in the garage if one wanted to do so.

A month of PARADISE!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented Happy Days for the month of February. We didn’t know much about Destin Pointe area and we were SO impressed! It’s a beautiful, well maintained gated area. Our home was immaculate and I am a hard one to please in that area. It hadtwo beautiful decks that we used constantly .The layout was perfect for our occasional guests of both young children and older grandparents .The walk to the beach was short and breathtaking. The staff went above and beyond and checked in with us occasionally just to see if we needed anything. This home is in a perfect location to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and more! You will love this slice of paradise!

It sounds like the decks, layout, and easy beach access made your time with both little ones and grandparents extra special — that’s exactly what we hope for every guest. We’re also so glad our team could check in and help make your stay smooth and stress-free. Guests like you truly appreciate all the little details that make Destin Pointe such a special place. We can’t wait to welcome you back to your “slice of paradise” at Happy Days in Destin!

Cute beach house, great for families!

My family really enjoyed our stay here :) The house was very clean, and just as pictured! Comfortable, equipped with all types of beach gear, and convenient beach access (very short walk). Small thing to note is that our rental came with wristbands that claimed free parking at HarborWalk Village, but when we talked to the attendants there, they told us they don't accept it so there might be some miscommunication between the property and the staff there. Oh and just a warning that lots of boats were showing up on the gulf (to be expected) where we were located so it got VERY crowded often. Seems like a heavy snorkel area. Not a huge deal, but that might not be everyone's cup of tea. All in all, a great vacation spot for families!

Beautiful Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had booked another home, but at the last moment, the owner cancelled. Brittney at Destin Pointe was extremely helpful in re-booking us at Happy Days. We were surprised at how much we enjoyed staying at this home. The location is great for walking to the beach, the front porch is very relaxing, and the back porch is great for grilling. We already booked another stay at Happy Days for next year.
