With three TVs located in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom, entertainment is always within reach. The villa includes two baths, featuring a master bath with double showers and vanities for added luxury. Ceramic tile floors grace the entire home.

Step outside onto the double extended lanai, offering tranquil views of the lake without the harsh glare of the sun, thanks to its east-west orientation. Enjoy leisurely strolls around the two nearby lakes on concrete sidewalk paths, or indulge in the amenities offered at the Island Club, including the popular Tiki Bar serving drinks and food.

The community also features two pools, each equipped with hot tubs, and the Tiki Bar boasts a sandy beach perfect for games like corn hole or relaxing and sun-bathing. In order to use the golf course and tennis courts during your stay, you will need to fill out a delegation of membership form 30 days in advance. I can supply this form to you. This will be an extra 300 dollar charge to get these privileges during your entire stay. Just inquire when you book.
