Quiet area close to downtown for walking, but far enough away for a completely silent experience. Tucked away on a very small residential street and backing up to a lovely park (Peabody Park). A large lot offers plenty of space and privacy. Your host lives in this same area.

Walking to the Lawrence/Downtown area is quick and easy, and the city is very easy to navigate. If you don`t have a car, the bus station is downtown, and there is an abundance of Uber and Lyft drivers to take you anywhere you`d like to go. You can get to pretty much ANY spot in the city in 15 minutes or less.
- We want you to enjoy everything our house has to offer. All we ask is that you treat It with respect and leave it in the same good, working condition you found it in.
- Please take off shoes when entering and make yourself at home.
- Absolutely NO smoking of any kind in the home. Violation of this rule will result in a $250 fine
- Absolutely NO parties.
- Well-trained dogs are allowed with a pet fee. We ask that you keep them off the furniture/beds and make sure to clean up after them outside. NO Cats.
