Riverfront cabin with kitchen and large deck facing the Salmon River.
A barbecue grill and fire pit is available at this cabin. The cabin has 2 bedrooms and a loft, for a total of 5 beds. The loft is accessed by a sturdy wood ladder and is accessed by the Queen bedroom.
Guests can enjoy amenities including a fully stocked modern kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven.
Guest accommodations at this cabin offer a propane wood stove and coffee/tea makers. Accommodations are furnished with dining tables and kitchen island. Kitchen offer refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and cookware/dishes/utensils. Bathrooms include one shower and hair dryer.

Wonderful spot and a comfortable, cozy, cabin. Being right on the Salmon River, hearing the running water, and multiple areas outside to eat, visit, or simply just sit and let all the senses fill you up. Kelly was helpful and available when I had any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed Stanley and its beauty, our stay at the cabin was a huge part of it. There is far more plenty to do and see than time permits. Thank you for sharing your place!

Wonderful stay outside Stanley

Property is just as advertised. Host Kelly was great. She contacted us ahead of time and gave helpful information. Stanley is a great place to vacation.

Wonderful cabin!!

We had a fantastic time for our first trip to Stanley. The cabin is awesome! The property is heavenly, right on the banks of the Salmon. The cabin has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We can’t say enough good things about the cabin and the area. Thanks for sharing this special cabin with us.

Beautiful, Peaceful, Perfect...

This was everything we had hoped for when we booked this cabin. We were so pleased that there was so much outdoor stuff available! Our 18 month old loved it, and so did we. We will definately be coming back!!

Great spot on the river

Cute cabin. Very well equipped kitchen. Nice outdoor spaces, large deck with room to sit/relax and picnic table to eat dinner. Town of Stanley has nice restaurants. River activities- fly fishing, floating, hot springs. Hiking, places to mountain bike. We stayed close to a week and had plenty to do. Would recommend to friends. Large master downstairs and loft for kids.

Great cabin! We spent most of our time on the trails, but if you are planning staying put and want total silence, you should note that you can hear the cars and trucks on the road across the river if you sit outside. Not a big problem but noted.

Little Casino Creek Cabin

My wife and I spent 4 nights at the Little Casino Creek Cabin in July. The location is very private and central to some fantastic hiking, biking, fishing, etc. The cabin is very charming and has a very rustic look and feel which is difficult to find in a newer structure like this. Although the overall feel is rustic, the cabin has all of the comforts of home. Great little kitchen, extremely comfortable bed, very nice deck facing the river, and everything that you need for a comfortable stay.

Great Spot!

My two adult sons and I took a father-son trip to Idaho this year and stayed at Kelly's cabin for two nights. We thoroughly enjoyed the solitude of the location and the great hospitality that Kelly provided. The cabin was perfect for us. Clean, well stocked with towels, soap, etc. The gas BBQ works great. Kelly was easy to deal with and made the reservation process easy and pleasant. We will definately recommend Kelly's cabin to our friends that travel through Stanley.

We greatly enjoyed our 4-night stay at the cabin and would highly recommend it for other travelers looking for a stay in the woods. Because you're in the woods, you won't have a view of the Sawtooth Mountains from the cabin. However, the cabin's close proximity to the Salmon River was a plus for relaxing and fishing. The cabin is very clean and nicely appointed throughout, adding to its rustic appeal. The kitchen is well stocked with dishware and appliances. Unfortunately, it rained periodically during our stay which prevented us from enjoying the fire pit out back.One minor inconvenience that may present problems for some visitors involves the ladder access to the loft area where there are additional beds. Access to the loft occurs in the second bedroom, and the opening is on the small side making it a little difficult to get luggage in and out of the loft. While our guest party of 6 consisted largely of recent retirees, some with mobility problems, we were able to make the sleeping arrangements work, but this access issue could be a drawback for other older guests with similar problems.The host was easy to work with when we had questions about the cabin. Kelly was quick to provide answers and recommendations on activities and restaurants in the area. She also made sure to check in with us on our arrival to make sure we were settled in and didn't have any problems. She even baked us some cookies which was a nice welcoming touch. Overall, the host gets high marks.

Awesome Cabin in Beautiful Sawtooth Mountains

The Little Casino Creek Cabin was a perfect base for our week long exploration of the Sawtooths and the Stanley Area. First of all, it was very easy working with Kelly to rent the place. She made sure we had everything we needed to make our vacation as best as possible. The Cabin itself is perfect. It was clean and very comfortable. With a full kitchen and propane bbq on the side deck, we were able to prepare great meals throughout our entire stay. Plus, we were able to eat dinners on the tremendous back deck. I can assure you that this Cabin has all the comforts of home. The Cabin sits on the Salmon River, about 5 minutes from Stanley and 10 minutes from Redfish Lake. There is GREAT hiking in the area, river rafting, hot springs, wildlife viewing and lots more. This is also a great place to just relax by the river breathing in fresh mountain air. We had an amazing week. The natural beauty in this area is as beautiful as I have encountered, and it remains largely unspoiled because of a lack of crowds. I highly recommend visiting The Sawtooths, Stanley and The Little Casino Creek Cabin.

Perfect Cabin on the banks of the Salmon River

We had an amazing stay in Stanley, Idaho. This cabin was the perfect spot to relax after a day's hike and was exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed and more. The river was right behind the cabin and it was so beautiful! It was in close proximity to all of the hiking you could ever want! Restaurants were only a short drive away as well. Kelly was available to take our call and provided us with all of the info to make this stay one that we will remember and cherish forever! You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here!

Casino Creek Cabin Sep 2022

Great second visit. All descriptions very accurate. Owner definitely likes to cook, as very functional kitchen well-stocked with all needed implements. Beautiful and quiet. Great beds and great bathroom. Lovely location in an amazing part of Idaho. One caveat: anyone coming to Idaho in late summer/early fall needs to be realistic about potential impact of fire and smoke. We had three hiking days planned. Two were exceptional with clear, beautiful skies. The third was a loss when wind shifted dense smoke into the area. We consider ourselves lucky. Be sure to plan accordingly and build flexibility into your schedule.

Great property - we hope to stay again!

We knew from the online photos and description that the cabin was just what our family of 4 was looking for in a great location near Stanley. After arrival and throughout our stay, the cabin and its amenities delivered (especially the fire pit!). There was enough room in the cabin, lots of useful space outside, and all the supplies we needed in the kitchen and bath. What we didn't expect was the exceptional care that the owners, particularly Kelly, showed us when disaster nearly struck. A wildfire started about 1.5 mi down the river valley just before we arrived. Kelly was there, offered whatever assistance we needed, and was extremely communicative in the following days. The fire was managed quickly, so all good at the cabin, but knowing we had such an attentive owner who was genuinely concerned about our wellbeing (and vacation) meant a great deal. We missed some places we wanted to visit due to closed trails, so we will be back!

River paradise

The property was perfect! It was fairly isolated and backed up to the river. It had everything we needed. Kelly was excellent with communicating! Property was very clean and comfortable! I would highly recommend!!!!

A gem in the Sawtooths!

This cabin is a gem! The cabin is located on the banks of the Salmon and is outfitted with everything you might need for an epic Stanley vacation. The cabin is very well furnished, extremely comfortable and clean. This cabin has it all - float toys, bbq, fire ring, superb fishing, horse shoes, views, privacy and a stocked kitchen to never have to leave! The owners were lovely and easy to work with. We will be back!

Their log cabin on the Salmon River was just what the doctor ordered. The kitchen had everything we needed and more, to prepare our meals. I loved all the windows in the cabin, the compjy bed and the fire pit outside. We'd recommend it for sure.

Perfect place

Great cabin/home in a wonderful setting. Kelly is a great and normal host. She provides all you need to make the stay perfect. Her knowledge of the area is a great resource. The location on the river is outstanding to just watch the river or fish. It is secluded yet easy access to Stanley. There is NO reason to not stay here !

2nd visit to this beautiful spot

There is so much wonderful hiking, fishing and things to do around Stanley and the cabin is a perfect home base to come back to after a day outdoors - comfortable, clean, with everything we need to cook and a great deck and river to sit around in the evening.This was the second year my husband and I spent a week at Bruce and Kelly’s beautiful cabin and we hope to come back again.

Amazing cabin right on the Salmon River

The cabin was perfect. Very clean, with great amenities including a great Weber grill, fire pit, and fully equipped kitchen. The location is right on the salmon river and very close to the town of Stanley. We went for a fly fishing trip, the cabin was a great home base for us to explore the area, ironically we caught more fish on the river behind the house than we did anywhere else. Kelly was a fantastic host and was great at keeping in touch and answering questions, and offering great recommendations. We can’t wait to go back!

Idaho Heaven

This cabin is designed for romance. Also it is close to good restaurants, fishing and hiking. The Sawtooth mountains lend a spectacular backdrop to the setting. We’ll be back!

Get away from it all!

A cabin in the woods by a rushing river. A snug, well-maintained, charming property. Private yet close to area activities and restaurants. Enjoyed time with my family and got two books read on the comfortable, river-facing deck. This is a great choice for either doing nothing or choosing to take part in all the area outdoor activities. Thanks for sharing this wonderful getaway hideaway with us!

Very clean, small cabin. Perfect for two.

We really enjoyed our short stay in the sawtooth mountains. The cabin was comfortable for two, and with the loft I suppose could also accommodate a couple of youger kids. The king bed in the bedroom was very comfortable, and the little neighborhood on the Salmon River was nice and quiet. The area around Stanley is beautiful, and our weather was great! This area of Idaho definitely deserves more exploration.

after staying at our friends cabin off and on for years, we found this cabin for sale in 2000. Built in 1995 it was a 600 square foot cabin with one door and one window when we purchased it. After a couple of small additions and as our family grew, we decided to build an addition to include a great room and enlarge the loft and a second bathroom, Close to the town of Stanley and on the Salmon River we have created many memories with family and friends over the years. We have many outdoor activities right here in Casino Creek. Hiking, biking farting Fishing and simply enjoying the outdoors with a campfire and a game of horseshoes among other activities.
