Every inch has been updated, upgraded, and designed with comfort in mind.
Lemon Bay is a special place on its own accord. When you combine that with the quaint, peaceful vibe Tiki on the Bay offers it makes this the perfect vacation destination.
Tiki on the Bay is a small, inviting community located minutes from gulf front beaches, Historic Dearborn Street, and fantastic restaurants.

We are confident our completely updated 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home will fulfill all of your needs. As soon as you enter the property you will appreciate the tasteful design choices, and fully functional home.
Our kitchen is uniquely equipped with full size appliances which includes a full size stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a comfortable dining area that seats 4.
The Primary bedroom is its own retreat with an inviting King size bed, a full-size closet, and your own private ensuite bath. The bifold glass shower doors help enlarge the sense of space in the fully tiled shower.
The Living room is bright and sunny and has views of the bay from the comfortable seating areas. There is also a half bath (private and separate from the primary bedroom), and a wall mounted smart TV.
To meet any laundry needs, there is a full size front load washer and dryer available at the unit.
You can gather with other residents/guests in the shared common areas or escape in privacy to your own spacious paver patio with outdoor seating, dining table and Weber grill.

Tiki on the Bay also offers an updated heated pool.

PLEASE NOTE...............Our waterfront area is being reconstructed after damages received from Hurricanes Helene and Milton.


Our assigned parking spot is right next to the Unit and guest parking spots are located throughout the property if needed.
Trailers are not allowed on the property at any time.

If you’re searching for a relaxed, peaceful, and quaint environment, we hope you visit our home at Tiki on the Bay.

Finally, we want to take a moment to summarize our rules so this is a fantastic experience for everyone: No Pets, No Smoking, and No Parties/Conduct that may be deemed offensive. We also require the primary renter to be over the age of 35.
We'll close by stressing this is a family friendly home in a quiet family friendly community. Please be a good neighbor at all times during your stay.

Very clean tiny home in a beautiful setting on Lemon Bay.Upscale kitchen, comfie bed (if you're short tough to climb in and out of but ownersleave a footstool so manageable!)Streaming TV, laundry room and patio all a plus.

We had a great mini-vacation at the Dollhouse. Super friendly atmosphere and very quiet. Pool was wonderful. The king bed was super comfortable. The full size kitchen has an awesome refrigerator and besides the kitchen dining table there’s a nice patio area for dining. Everything was brand new and we really enjoyed the decor. Thanks for sharing your house!

Kitchen was well equipped except for spices and k cups for the coffee maker. Property was just renovated and is very comfortable. The bed is awesome. Bathrooms have been renovated, but will warn they aren’t spacious. Is room to turn around. Just steps from a small beach on Lemon bay. A community area next to the beach includes a covered thatched hut, fire pit, and a table and chairs in several locations.

The unit was well equipped- located on a short drive with approximately 10 units on the street that deadens at a short sandy area on the water. Beautiful views. Our issues with the location is the owner did provide a brief description that there was construction going on. They did not explain there would be constant nail guns firing, sawing, hammering, loud tile cleaning in one unit and large trucks coming and going. With work beginning early in the day and lasting until 7:30 at night and on the weekend. There was no place to go to avoid the noise and construction. Our car being blocked in several times during our stay. Work was even continuing on Mother’s Day. If choosing to stay here ask a lot of questions. We spoke with the owner who owns several units here, he seemed to think “sorry for your luck”!!! Other weird things about his unit is the bed is sooooo high you have to jump on and off and the smoke detector is above your head so green glowing light above your head all night! Don’t fall out of bed! Very disappointing week of vacation : (

Lynda, We appreciate your fantastic comments regarding how well equipped our place is and how wonderful the water front views are. We also appreciate you acknowledging we were forthcoming about restoration efforts taking place due to the total devastation our community endured from Hurricanes Helene and Milton. We always strive to do everything within our power to make things enjoyable and relaxing for our guests. This includes accommodating requests such as yours to arrive early to our home. It’s unfortunate that despite us being on the property every day, you waited until the final day of your stay to explain how horrible you felt everything was. As mentioned in your review, we do own other units in the complex and had you said something sooner we would have gladly offered to have you move to one of our other homes. During your stay, we had one available that is more spacious and also has a large, private fenced off patio area. Your statement that my response to your complaints was “sorry for your luck” is an outright mistruth. If that is how we treated our guests, we never could have achieved super host status across multiple listings for 12 years. As you may or may not recall we apologized repeatedly as you pointed out all of negative aspects of your stay which were entirely out of our control. Once your list of concerns turned to the smoke detector being located in the wrong place, it became apparent our little slice of paradise was not a good fit for you. For any future guests who read your review we ask that you please read ALL of our reviews, not only for this property but for the other 4 in which we have been superhosts for 12 years. The beauty of Tiki which includes the location, all newly renovated units, the waterfront, tiki hut, bonfire paver patio , pool, sunsets and incredible views are permanent aspects of the property. The final construction taking place was only a temporary aspect, which in fact, is now complete. Once again we are sorry for your experience and wish you the best in your future travels.
