We understand your disappointment with the sargassum during your visit and the resulting difficulty getting into the water by the house. Sargassum is a naturally occurring phenomenon, and its presence can unfortunately vary depending on the season, currents, and weather conditions. We are delighted, however, that you found enjoyment in our private pool and discovered other beautiful, clear beaches like Rum Point nearby. We hope that despite the inconvenience of the seaweed, you were still able to create wonderful memories during your time here.
