The property is a little dated but the outdoor area more than makes up for it. Easy water access and very little wind. The screened in back porch was a favorite place to begin and end each day.

Great location, quiet and yet not far from amenities. The house needs a bit of updating. First time to the island, and we can’t say enough about the warm welcome and hospitality from the island people.

View is fabulous. House had everything we needed. Plenty of linens beds were comfortable. Property management was great to work with, very easy check in & out. Would definitely go back. The only issue we had was during this time of year in the water we had an experience with sea itch. From what I read it’s common in the area. Not everyone was affected however. Pool was great also!

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed the view, found the home comfortable and well stocked, and had a smooth experience with check-in and check-out. We’ll be sure to share your kind words with our property management team as well. We also appreciate you mentioning the seasonal sea itch. Unfortunately, it can occasionally occur in the area during certain times of the year, though we’re glad not everyone was affected and that you were still able to enjoy the pool and your stay overall. We’d love to host you again anytime!

This place is incredible! The details on the site are well captured, and the place is just as described. The screened in porch was a favorite of the group for morning coffee or to stay out of the rain. The location is perfect. It has a secluded feel and you can easily walk to Rum Point or Kaibo for cocktails and snacks. You can also take the kayaks (or rent some paddle boards) and make a trip around the corner to the bioluminescent bay, which is one of the coolest things ever.

Best Spring Break Ever!

We loved staying at Rum Pointe in the Villa Emmanuel. Our own beach plus pool were perfect for our family which ranged in age from 7 to 70. The location is perfect - close to a market and restaurants, and the view of the sunset is remarkable!! Will definitely do again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were lucky to be able to stay at Villa Emmanuel! It was our family Christmas trip, and everything about it was amazing! The Villa was spotless and the view was unbeatable! There were plenty of chairs on the porch, pool deck, and beach so we could enjoy the view any time of the day. The water was calm and we could swim and snorkel in the cove. It also felt very private which was really nice. I loved our trip and hope to be back soon!

My family of 10 really enjoyed our stay at Villa Emmanuel. We loved how close we were to star fish point and sting ray city. We sew so many sting rays and star fish in the bay in the back of the house we had no need to go to either of those 2 places. The house was clean and beds very comfortable. The house could use a little maintenance but nothing that affected our stay. We do recommend that if there is ten people in the Villa there would be more water and toilet paper supplied as we ran out. Barbara the house manager was able to get some more water we greatly appreciated that. Overall wonderful stay here at the Villa. Memories were made here thank you.
