The HOA for Bay Tree Complex is renovating the community pool, which will be closed throughout April. The pool is expected to reopen in May 2026, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Bay Tree C6 is a third floor condo with no elevator access. Sleeps 4 with Queen size bed and queen size sofa sleeper. Enjoy the coastal sunsets, views of the city marina, and the intercoastal ship channel. Bay Tree offers a community swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, private lighted fishing pier, BBQ areas, boat parking and boat slips w/electricity for rent. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 1 vehicle. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in.

- Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than 1, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun block and beach gear and mosquito spray

Haynie Tournament 2024

Have rented multiple condos over the years for an annual fishing tournament. This one was perfect for the 2 of us. The facility was nice, clean and management was very good with communication.

A couple of dings for the property itself, #1 the deck is horrible. So bad, it slops and in not a good way. Nails and splinters are bad, doesn't feel sound. You have to wear shoes on the deck and don't lean on the rail. First day fridge smelled like fish, not too strong but smelled. Wished they had hangers in the closets. I say this to say, we didn't spend majority of our time in the condo. When we did, it was nice, air conditioner is great, shower great, used the kitchen everyday for cooking at least one meal which was nice. Management was fantastic! Overall we had a wonderful trip! We are looking at coming back in October but looking at other condos at the same location due to the deck.

Great location, clean, a bit humid.

Pros: Clean condo in a great location. Short drive to the beach and restaraunts. Really liked the covered parking and closeness to the pool. The condo complex itself if clean and well kept. Stairs looked fairly new and solid. Plenty of linens and the shower was awesome. Communication with property management was smooth via text. Cons: When we arrived the washer/drier had an out of order sign. Kind of a bummer. The room was really humid. Couch and linens always felt damp. This unit could really benefit from a dehumidifier. Tried switching the fan mode on the ac from on to auto and things improved a little. Overall a cool place and good value in my opinion.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been using Port A Escapes for over 7 years . They are awesome . Some things that could be improved at that property . Dirty dishes and we had to wash before use . No hairdryer - not a big deal but all other properties provide one . They had one but it was broken . Dirty sheets on floor by entrance and broken washer and dryer was very disappointing. However , the pool and view were wonderful and getting a 10lb bag of ice in property was very convenient. I may stay in the second floor next time.
