Coastal Chic Cutie er en meget flot opdateret condo på 3. sal beliggende i Sea Breeze Suites Condo Complex med 2 queensize senge og et frittstående brusebad. Du har adgang til det utrolige poolområde komplet med boblebad, grillgrave, udendørs bruser, smuk udsigt over palmetræer og naturskønne landskabspleje fra balkonen og se solopganger fra sengen. Du er en blok væk fra Port Aransas Beach, South Pier og gåafstand til mange af de bedste restauranter og barer Port A har at tilbyde. Alle nye apparater og inventar med komfortable senge. Ideel til en lille familie på 4 med alt hvad du behøver for at forberede måltider

Week end get away

The property was located with in walking distance to the beach and several places to eat. Grounds were clean and the complex was a nice family enviroment.

Excellent location

Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Great location and nice view of pool and dunes from the balcony. Easy walk or drive to beach. Only issue was door closer was broken off of the main door upon arrival. Property manager was there shortly after we checked in and removed it until repairs could be made. Very nice experience!

First Beach Trip

This was my son’s (2 years old) first, and my daughter’s second trip to the beach, and my first as a single mom. We had everything we needed to prepare meals, sleep comfortably, and get around in town within minutes. Our trip was a success!

Great location and cute room

The room and the location were perfect. It was a third floor room and the elevator was a little rough by the end of the weekend. I believe some unruly teens staying at the property may have urinated in the elevator.

The room was beautiful, and the amenities are great! My only one complaint is that the bedding did not smell fresh, and smelled slightly of mildew.

Cute and right beside the beach

The property was nice and clean as advertised. Great location close to the beach and close to several dive bars if that is your thing Very beachy. With a nice east facing balcony so you can watch the sunrise while enjoying t your coffee

Room had not been cleaned when we got there. No golf carts available especially after I had sent a message 2 weeks before we went asking about them and never heard back.

Family Summer Vacation

The condo was the perfect size for us with the two Queen beds. It was not as cleaned as I had hoped. We asked for an extra roll of toilet paper and never got it, luckily we didn’t need it.

Cleanliness

We stayed 16 days. No mop. Water congregating in front of door. No linens cleaned. Free laundry downstairs,but the code they gave me first, would not work. Sink fell and was not fixed. They did tell me,we could bring towels to office,and they would replace. On the good side,beds were very comfortable. Location good. I would not recommend sea breeze for longer,than 3 or 4 days.

Overall we had a great experience and the place was super nice and super cute. The online description says washer/dryer and there was one on the property but not in the room. We had 3 guests and the place is advertised for 4. My PERSONAL opinion is that the next time I stay here, I wouldn't have more than just 2 people. There were plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, etc. and the kitchen was fully stocked. I will definitely stay here again. I loved the privacy and the location.

Only complaints is NO dishwasher - hand washing dishes is not fun on vacation and spend some money on chairs for the balcony so your guests can sit outside and see the pool and the beach from the balcony. Recommend some HIGH sitting chairs that clear the railing so you don't have to stare at a wood railing in your face!

The unit itself was very clean, comfortable and updated as it appeared to be in the VRBO pictures! We had an awesome view of the pool and the beach in the distance. The kitchen was also well stocked to meet our needs for preparing meals. We will definitely plan to come back to Coastal Chic Cutie when we return for another fishing weekend in Port Aransas!

Wonderful Place to Stay

Really lovely decorating in our room. Room was very clean and we did have an issue with the door lock, but the Staff came over and fixed it in less than 10 minutes.

Port aransas

Upon turning the lights off cockroaches began climbing out from everywhere. The balcony railing was not attached on the right side and was very dangerous for our children. We did not stay one night in this place. The owner did however offer a full refund.

Clean, with everything needed, except an ice maker or more than one ice tray. The location is perfect in the middle of town and close to the beach. The pool was not so sparkling, but was cleaned during our stay which was great-except the landscaper came AFTER and the pool was full of grass clippings. No elevator but stairs were not too bad and actually got used to them by the one we left. The service I read from Life in Paradise was beyond amazing, quick responses and helped me get some paperwork back to Dallas due to a family emergency. They also offer golf cart rental and delivery at a fair price. I would use this mgmt company again and stay at this property again.

Great location to the beach & walkable to restaurants. Nice pool, hot tub and property. The condo was very clean and updated. They had everything we needed and were very accommodating. We would return. P.S. Elevator is not working at this time.
