Ideally located near the award-winning St. Andrews State Park and steps to iconic seafood restaurants, you'll find Treasure Island 2309. The resort itself offers numerous amenities including a large seasonally heated beachfront pool, a state of the art fitness center, a beachfront hot tub and gazebos, a picnic area with grills, a covered parking garage, onsite dining, meeting space and more. Venture off property and you'll find dining, shopping and attractions just minutes away.

This two bedroom beachfront condo with bunks is perfect for families hoping to find treasures of their own on the sugar-white sand. The comfortable condo sleeps eight thanks to a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in the second bedroom, bunk beds in a cozy cubby and a queen sleeper sofa. There's plenty of room to spread out in the expansive living room that features brand-new furnishings, a flat screen TV and all the comforts of home. A fully-equipped kitchen allows you to save by dining in before you head out.

Girls Getaway

Great condo overall! Nice balcony view…everything was clean when we arrived. It was a little further away from main attractions, which was fine with us. It took a little longer to travel to main attractions only because of traffic. Private beach access was wonderful. Huge pool area with plenty of chairs and space to lay out. Would definitely return!!

I vacuumed as soon as we arrived. The shower frame in the master bath is detached from the shower.

Absolute relaxation

Check in was simple, even got to resort early and used pool and beach access until room was ready. Walking distance to shops and food. Also a short trip to St. Andrews State Park which is a hidden gem. Family of 5 all loved it.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon entering, the rental was clean and as the photos depicted. Upon sitting on the couch, we noticed that it was very worn out and we could feel the “guts” of the couch as we sat down. The beds were very noisy. Anytime I moved during the night, the sound was so loud of squeezing, I woke my husband up. We loved the chairs in the living area! They were super comfy. We would love to stay in this unit again if the bed and couch were updated. The inside of the dryer was also very rusted. All in all, we enjoyed our time in 2309 as we love treasure island and it is the only place we will stay while in PCB.

Amazing place

Love it and will be back! Condo and property was clean! Would only request that more beach chairs were available as we couldn’t get one! The view was perfect on the the top floor!

Last minute booking

We booked this condo very last minute and we’re thrilled when we found a place that had everything we needed. The building itself was well kept up and the elevator wait times were minimal. Access to the beach was very convenient and the pool clean with plenty of chairs. The unit itself was clean and overall comfortable. The furniture in both bedrooms and the living room could use updating, but for the amount of time we spent in the unit, served its purpose. The AC in the unit also had a hard time keeping up with the heat during the day, sometimes it was as warm as 74 degrees during the day. It cooled well at night, so sleeping was comfortable. Overall, we were pretty happy with the unit.

Great Facilities & Dated Condo

Treasure Island does a great job keeping up the facilities! Super location and unbelievable views! Condo was dated and not well equipped. There were two pots in the kitchen. The toaster was broken and there wasn't even a baking sheet. The legs on the outside table were so rusted that it was uneven, and you could not use. The furniture was worn worn and stained.

Everything you need, with an amazing view

Really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, comfortable and and well stocked. Top floor of Treasure island offers the best views in town!

Panama City Beach

Awesome view of the Gulf! Short walk to a beautiful state park. Beach was pristine and perfect for walking. Royal American was great dealing with any issues. We would do it all over again in a heartbeat!

I really enjoyed this rental....didn't realize it was on the 23rd floor, however it has an amazing view of the ocean, can't wait to go back!

Spring break

The whole setup of this property is awesome. The views from the balcony are worth every penny spent and hour driving from Wisconsin to get there. The property was clean all around inside and out. I will be back
