Open concept lower level suite with a nice sized bedroom, queen bed, large bathroom, Kitchen with a sitting bar to eat and open to the living room. Washer and dryer located in suite.

One parking spot available at the back of the property. Door to your unit is located at the back of the property.

Cobblestone is a great family neighborhood with lots of playgrounds and coffee shops like Tim Hortons and Starbucks. Shoppers drug mart and FreshCo grocery store all within walking distance.
