Wonderful stay

Beautiful home, spacious, clean and a wonderful private pool. Would highly recommend and would stay again. Close to attractions and stores.

Big House Central Location

This is a very large house, 7 bedrooms, with large lanai, plenty of space to sun or sit in the shade. Very central location to groceries, Disney Springs, Hawks Landing and Providence Golf Courses. Really enjoyed our two weeks. Son came down to join us for a week. Great time...

Our stay

Overall great. Cold never get the spa to heat up. Had a live cockroach in the clean sheets in the closet. Kids loved the pool. We left some pool toys hopefully for the next guests. Other than that everything was great

A welcoming place for a large family.

A WOW ! A heated pool with a spa in a peaceful location. Several bedrooms to meet the needs of a large family. A kitchen with everything you need. All this, just minutes from major shops.

Family time

Had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The house was just as advertised and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub!! The owners are very responsive and friendly.

Wonderful.

We had a gathering of Fraternity brothers that were ages 75. We have stayed at this property before and hopefully again. The house was clean and the neighborhood secure. On property staff was great.I have nothing but good things to say.

Great Experience!

Beautiful property in a gated community! Very clean and had everything we needed. The pool and spa were very clean and were so nice to spend time in after a long day at the parks. beautiful setting on the lake. Ritu was so helpful and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again if travelling to Orlando to visit the parks!

Unclean dirty

Bathrooms were backing up. Sinks were backing up. Kitchen sinks were met clogged. Place was dusty, we all got allergies and my daughter was hospitalized. Linens on bed were not properly made up. Very disappointed. Sliding door to pool was defective. Bathroom was old and faucets had lots of signs of discoloration, window ledges had black mold

Good not Great

Rooms were perfect for what we needed, and kitchen/dining area was great. A lot of seating outside for dining for large families. We did enjoy our stay but there were a few things that did disappoint. Pool lights did not work, so swimming at night for our kids was a major bummer-it was pitch black without the lights. By the final 2 days the hot tub was no longer hot, we were told heater was working but it never got as hot as it did at the start of trip. Property manager and host were great at responding but problems never really were solved. House could use a few cosmetics updates but that did not bother us.

Family Florida trip

Our family thouroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. It would have been nice to have liquid hand soaps and more paper goods.

Good stay need updating

Our first night no hot water and cable..called maintenence it was fixed following day..smelled stuffy and a little moldy at times..had cockroaches upstairs in bathroom under sink...other than those hiccups the place was comfortable..

Very good

Very clean, very comfortable furniture, well equipped including brand new appliances. Great location and site facilities. When there was an issue we received excellent service from the local property managament company. We would use this home again.

Nice stay

We always stay in Terra Verde love location and facilities.Nice home plenty of room! Pool was perfect tempature.Plenty of utensils in kitchen.A few things I just wanted to mention.The pool lights didn't work.I did let management company know twice but it wasn't fixed.There definitely was not enough towels.Maybe a few more hangers.The single beds were comfortable but the double room ones were uncomfortable and one was that squeaky you couldn't sleep in it.The games room has one pool table which has seen better days the football table wasn't great .All above didn't spoil our holiday really just for owners to know.Oh loved the large washing machine and tumble dryer!

Amazing location beautiful place but 1 problem

This place is very beautiful the backyard/pool is gorgeous the view is amazing with a little lake in the back, the one problem is that we found a couple cockroaches roaming around and i know it’s nature but it was a bit disgusting seeing them run around

Misleading listing, poor conditions — would not recommend

I've stayed at many vacation rentals, and this property was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had. The house was dirty upon arrival, with dead cockroaches in multiple areas and sheets that looked unwashed — unacceptable by any standard.The air conditioning was broken, and the upstairs rooms reached 88 degrees at one point, with broken fans offering no relief. While the host was responsive and did send someone, they didn’t arrive until Sunday, and it was only a temporary fix. We had to endure miserable sleeping conditions for days.The listing promised a “heated spa”, but the spa and pool were cold, and we were told pool heat had to be pre-ordered — a detail that was nowhere in the listing. When I brought this up, the host said we could pay to have it turned on, but that no one could come until halfway through our stay, which was too late to be useful.Additionally, we were required to pay for passes just to get into the neighborhood — a hidden fee that we weren’t made aware of until a week before our trip.While the host did communicate quickly, it doesn’t make up for a misrepresented, poorly maintained property with undisclosed fees and comfort issues. Unless these problems are addressed and the listing is updated with full transparency, I absolutely would not recommend staying here.

Vacation stay

The property was great.We had a wonderful time.The beds were very comfortable. The house was beautiful. The pool was great.Cleanliness spot on.The only improvement would be the game room. The pool tables were old one was unusable the second was usable but very wobbley and ready to fall down needs some screws. The fuse ball table is unbalanced and leaning. Overall it was a beautiful home the stay was pleasant and the host was great.

Great location. Needs lots of maintenance.

The good: great location and communication. The bad: Roach bugs are definitely a problem! The pool / jacuzzi did not work at all. The grandkids were very disappointed. That was a major reason we rented the house. It was broken when we arrived. The ac/heat control is under lock and key. You have no control over the temperature of the house. We did not have hot water for over a day. We had to call out the Maintenence. The parking is terrible. The kitchen pans need replacing. The skillets are bowed so that you can’t even make pancakes. The beds are not great. Some better than others. One of the bedroom doors is broken and will not close. pool table is a joke. Wrinkled felt. Very unstable. All accessories broken/not usable. There is a huge pile of books in the garage that is just thrown in the floor. Couldn’t hurt to get a small bookshelf from a thrift store. Overall this is a great place with some Maintenence. I do feel like we deserve some compensation for the problems and will be filing a complaint with VRBO

Great location

This property was in a great location. Close to alot of things. The villa had great things to do. There were only 8-9 forks, the skillets stick / and there was Dust particle on walls drape covers hadn't been wiped in some time. TV in kids rooms don't work to well, one room .no remote, pool has bleach in it 2 day all kids got skin / chemical rash. And anything black turned purple. Day 3 Finally dissipated with smell of bleach. Steps pretty steep creak in places. Other than that We loved it would rent again. We understand others take care of it . All minor things . New owners may or may not know. Pool, key pad didn't work. And air cond. Beds were clean and fit everyone with my group of 12. Kitchen had most the things we needed to eat meals. The upstairs was really hot thou most nights, we were unable to ajust the thermostat at all, had to buy fans. The pool was nice, but the hot tub was always the same temperature as the pool. Also the game room was was hot, and the foosball table and other pool table was broken.

Trip for basketball nationals puma circuit

We had a great stay everything was to our liking. The pool was clean and we had a blast in. The house alone had plenty of room for everyone. Kids had a great time playing pool in the garage. All rooms had extra fans blankets and towels. The community was great plenty of stuff to do for the children on our free time. Very comfortable all around for us all if we ever come back to Florida this the house we will get if available.

Decent Stay

Beautiful house and location! Communication with property manager was great however, the hot water was out during our entire stay! We called to have maintenance come and fix it, but it went back out shortly after. I was told that the prior guests caused the water heater to go out because they used the dishwasher on high. Then I was told that before we checked in, the water was hot, so I was a bit confused. Please check with Host before booking to ensure the hot water is working.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Orlando. Das Haus ist super und die Betreuung sehr gut. Haben die Zeit sehr genossen. In der Wohnablage kann auch der gemeinschaftlicher Bereich, wie großer Pool und andere Bereiche genutzt werden. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.
