We had an awesome time in PCB! The condo was great and we had ample space for our 10 guests. Our only issue was when we would eat meals in, we didn’t have enough forks, and coffee mugs. A tiny issue,But other than that, it was a great experience!

We had an issue with the AC, it kept shutting off. The property manager was responsive and sent someone to fix it quickly. Overall, it was a good area.

Advertised as recently had a makeover. I think they had new floors and they had some new wall decorations that it looked like they had just put up and maybe some fresh paint in the living room. The bathrooms were dated but clean as clean as you can get a bathroom that's not old there's mold on the ceiling in the showers mold in the corners of the bathtubs not in the bathroom but on the walls around the bathtubs but when you're renting a place that's got that much moisture in it I suspect it would be very hard to not have mold somewhere checking in was actually really easy your name is at the guard gate you tell him what your name is and where you're staying and they hand you your parking pass and welcome you in that was seamless totally. The view was spectacular absolutely spectacular the family room door to the patio was very hard to open and close the one off the master bedroom was much easier and it is the same patio it goes from the bedroom around to the living room. I took a few pictures when I first checked in of things that I don't want to be blamed for like part of the oven had been broken it worked it worked fine there were no problems with that but there was a place where it looked like somebody had hit it with something heavy and cracked it and the dishwasher did not sit flush against cabinet. The beds were great very comfortable no complaints about that. The TV was a little more difficult to figure out how to make it work the controllers were taped together.

The resort itself was great! Staff was so friendly and helpful. We had some issues with our condo. Things were broken and it wasn’t very clean. Reached out to the condo owner twice with no response. We will definitely stay at this resort again but will never rent through this company.

Nice place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely time. This condo needs a few upgrades as in tvs and some furniture but over all we had a good stay.

The stay wasnt bad our only issue really was not being able to park golf carts on property golf carts make getting around easier we will be looking for places that allow golf carts for the next trip

Beautiful condo with amazing views. Close to everything especially the beach. Might be improved with tv in kids room, ours ended up in living room because there was no tv in bunk room. Beds very comfortable, overall perfect for our group. Best meal we had was wt the restaurant by the pool, best fish tacos I’ve ever had. Thsnjs

Not enough linens for the amount of people. I loved the decorations the pool staff was great. Check in was not the best a lot of maintenance going on in the front entrance made it difficult to bring in luggage. It was clean and very spacious loved the terraces with the beautiful views. We will stay again. Thank you.

Spectacular views, Roomy updated condo

Oversized balcony made sitting out in the evenings enjoying the ocean views and breeze some of the best times! Condo was a true 4 bedroom with 2 master suites! Spacious kitchen and dining and plenty of seating room. We will stay again! suites

The condo was clean and the perfect size for our group. There were some plumbing issues when we arrived but they were dealt with the next morning. I will say that I was confused about some of the amenities downstairs. Sign pointed to the arcade, security said they don’t have one. All snack spots and restaurants were closed for the season so that was a bummer. Pool was warm and nice to swim in. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The beach was beautiful. This was my first time to Panama City, it was nice.

We hate leaving negative reviews because we stay in many VRBOs each year, but this was by far the least well-stocked property we’ve experienced.For example, there were no coffee mugs, only one dish towel, 3 forks to be exact, and no dish drainer for washing dishes. We even ended up leaving a broom behind for future guests because there wasn’t one available.The couches were noticeably dirty and full of sand when we arrived, and the sliding balcony door was extremely difficult to open throughout our stay.During our visit, state maintenance unexpectedly arrived to cut out a 4x4 section of the property. They informed us that all owners had been notified in advance, but our rental manager never communicated this to us, so it came as a complete surprise.The beds were comfortable, which we appreciated. However, each bed only had two pillows. While additional pillows were available in the closet, there were no pillowcases or extra linens provided, making them unusable.Overall, for the price of a week’s stay, we expected the home to be much better equipped for larger families. Guests shouldn’t feel like they need to pack half of their household just to have the basic conveniences needed for a comfortable vacation.Unfortunately, based on our experience, we cannot recommend this property. Book at your own risk.

Overall, our vacation was amazing and we loved this condo! We will definitely stay here again. The only negative things I have to say are the furniture was stained and could really used a deep clean and there was mold/mildew around the jets in the jacuzzi tub and edges of the kitchen sink and the floors were very dirty. Lots of sand on the floors and our feet were black within minutes of being there. I just feel like the amount of money paid for a “cleaning” fee that the place should be immaculate. However, it did not ruin our vacation, I just cleaned the above mentioned issues myself and moved on with my day. The bedroom decor of the condo was beautiful and the rooms are very spacious! We had 12 in our group. We will definitely stay here again!

Great condo on the beach

Pros: The condo had plenty of room for 8 of us. It's an end unit so you have beautiful views from the family room and both primary suites. The elevator wait time wasn't bad for a 20 story building. The kitchen was well equipped. The beach restaurant had good food. The kids enjoyed the pool. The beach wasn't crowded in front of our building, but it gets crowded as you walk in either direction. Pineapple Willys is a 10 minute walk. Cons: the sofas need a good cleaning. We called and left a message about the ice maker not working - they never called us back. The TV in the family room is not a smart tv - bring a roku or something similar. Some of the furniture was in need of repair. Overall: it's a great space with beautiful views and conveniently located to many dining options.

Great amenities

Nice condo that accommodated our group well. Although we had 12 people, there was plenty of room for all of us. The pool was very nice and the splash pad for the younger children was great. There was easy access to the beach as well as front beach road which is important because traffic on Thomas Drive can be congested. The condo was stated to have been recently renovated and for the most part it looked like it had. However, three of the six bar stools were wrapped in twine to hold them together. I did mention this to the property management office. When we were getting ready to take family pictures we realized there was not an iron in the condo. Housekeeping responded promptly and brought one to the unit. We would most likely stay at this resort again.

Condo was beautiful and well maintained/clean. Plenty of room for our party of 11. Check in was so smooth and we were even able to get into our condo around 1pm on the day of check in. Beach supply closet with tent was the most handiest addition! Elevators are usually a nightmare in condos but there was 6 elevators that ran quickly. We hardly ever had to wait. We have been coming to PCB for 15 years and this condo was by far our favorite! Will make it a point to stay here again.

Bright and Sunny Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 6 adults and 2 children under 5 years old stayed here the first week of June. It was a lovely condo and we had a great time. The condo was clean and well furnished to accommodate us comfortably. We have stayed at this property previously in a different unit and were not as pleased, this unit redeemed the resort for us. Boardwalk is on the slower quiet end of the beach which we love. Less crowds on the beach and easy to get around. Conveniently located near activities at the Grand Lagoon area. We did have a small issue with the door code at check-in but it was resolved quickly Anne the staff was very attentive. Pool is well maintained and elevators are quick (5 total and all were functional). Check-in and out was a breeze compared to other places we have stayed in the area. I definitely recommend this resort and unit.
