This two bedroom, two bathroom condo sleeps up to six guests. The master bedroom features a cozy, king size bed and opens up to your private gulf-front balcony. A comfy, queen size bed in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the expansive living room means the whole family can unwind after a day spent playing in the waves. Best of all, a large, modern kitchen enables you to save money for fun by preparing your own meals.

The Boardwalk Beach Resort includes:

Splash Zone children’s pool area with interactive water toys
Lavish pool deck
2,500 square foot zero entry pool (heated during winter months)

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 per pass plus applicable taxes and fees for up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

we have vacationed in Florida fir the last 20 years … This condo at the Boardwalk was the BEST … CLEANEST… SPACIOUS … and wow on the pots and pans i mean it had it all .. everything a family could need for a week stay was there … if you are deciding on this condo DO IT 100% everyone was friendly it was super. clean and the beach and pool access and the view … 2nd to none … if ya can’t tell IT WAS FANTASTIC PERIOD … hopefully we can do it again soon .. 9 th floor elevators were awesome not crowded and fast … Thank you guys again for the week we totally enjoyed ourselves … i’ve never left a review as good as this one .. it was our best condo stay in over 20 years of vacations

Room has chocolate all over inside of freezer, food on both sides of kitchen cushions ( whole green beans, smacked) large pieces of wood chipping and saw dust on balcony. Ran in main bathroom had some kind of small mashed bug on it, and one of the pillows was very stained… bathroom ceiling and wall need to be repaired ( look like they have had water damage and was just painted over, kitchen cabinets are falling apart and balcony and table on balcony were chipped large area of loose paint all over
This does not really do it justice. There was saw dust all over balcony door rug

Great for kids

This was a great place to take the kids. There's a pool, splash pad, hot tub, cafe/store, and small restaurant/bar on site. It's right on the beach and the view from the room was nice. Kitchen was well-stocked and clean. There was enough towels, toilet paper, soap for 1-2 days.

Disappointing Surprise and Lack of Communication

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately, this was the most disappointing stay we’ve had at this property. We’ve stayed in this building multiple times over the years and have always had great experiences, so this unit was a surprise.When we arrived, it was obvious the condo had not been cleaned to an acceptable standard. The exterior entry was dirty, there was blood on a kitchen light switch, food and drink cans and an empty beer box left behind, a used floss pick under a nightstand, toothpaste on counters, and the curtains were visibly dirty. There was also visible dirt and grime around the dishwasher and refrigerator, and the floors had clearly not been mopped before our arrival. There wasn’t even a mop available for us to clean them ourselves, so I ended up sweeping the entire condo, including under the beds. I also scrubbed the entry door because of the layer of filth on it, and I wiped down walls that were visibly dirty. I spent a few hours upon arrival making this condo clean enough for us to stay in with small children.The most concerning discovery was an entire bathroom cabinet filled with what appeared to be a previous guest’s prescription medications. Not only was this a serious safety issue (especially for families with young children), but when we reported it, ECDI showed little concern. We left multiple voicemails and sent several emails to the property manager but never received a response. The only communication we received was one phone call from ECDI stating that the situation was “out of their hands” and that we needed to contact the property manager, despite the fact that we had already been trying to do exactly that.The location and beach access are excellent, and we still made wonderful family memories during our trip. However, the condition of the condo and the lack of urgency and communication from management overshadowed what should have been a relaxing vacation. Cleanliness, guest safety, and responsive custome

Good stay

Overall nice property. Back bedroom bed is not very comfortable and really needs a ceiling fan. No beach towels as stated but not a big deal we brought our own. They did call on Sunday or Monday to make sure we were checked in ok and to wish us a Happy Anniversary. Would stay here again. Thanks!

We did not have any issues that required attention so I cant speak on how that would have been handled if we had. The room was clean and pretty much what I expected for quick turnovers. The baseboards by the counter had something splattered on them. Thats really the only thing and I didnt contact management about it. So overall a good and clean place to stay.

furniture was not comfortable at all, the rocker recliner was filthy and we had to cover it with a blanket before we sat on it! Called 3 times to ask for a few items that was not there, and they NEVER called back! Nothing there to clean the floors with, very disappointed!

Beautiful condominiums.

The Boardwalk condo C903 was just the right size for me, my husband and daughter. It was well equipped in the kitchen for all our needs. It was clean and had a perfect view of the beach. First time we’ve stayed at the Boardwalk. PCB is our home away from home, we love vacationing here.
