Welcome to La Contenta, where coastal outdoor living reaches its pinnacle. Relax with a cup of coffee under one of the home's covered balconies or sip a cocktail by the private pool. Enjoy the brand-new outdoor shower, conveniently located next to the pool, perfect for rinsing off beach sand or salty sea water.

Enter the home and sink into the living room sofa while enjoying the TV, perfect for sports or movies after a long day at the beach. Two French doors lead out to the front deck, offering a picturesque view of one of Destin Pointe’s coastal lakes.

The dining area boasts a wooden table with eight chairs, along with additional seating at the kitchen bar top. The updated, fully stocked kitchen invites culinary creativity, complete with a large pantry closet. From the dining area, step onto the large, partially shaded back deck, overlooking the private pool and lawn. Furnished with deep-seating lounge furniture and a BBQ grill, this space offers shade by day and a starlit view by night. On the main floor, you will also find a convenient half bathroom and a walk-in laundry room equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer.

Make your way downstairs to find the guest suite. The guest suite features private access to the back patio and pool, offering a queen bed and a full bath.

Make your way upstairs, where three additional bedrooms await. The master suite boasts a king bed with an ensuite bathroom with a large shower and whirlpool tub, and a balcony overlooking the pool with glimpses of the Gulf. Two guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a twin over a queen bunk bed with a twin trundle bed, share a full bath, each offering comfortable accommodation and access to the expansive family porch that spans the front of the home.

The loft on the top floor provides a cozy retreat with a queen bed, TV, and panoramic views from its wraparound balcony, offering a glimpse of Destin Pointe, coastal lakes, and partial views of the Gulf and the East Pass.
