Walking distance to Beech Mountain Resort where you can relax at the brewery, listen to live music, ski, or take in the incredible mountain views.

Our beautiful, clean, and well-appointed home has heat and air-conditioning, garage, front and backs for your comfort. Brand new cabin built is head and shoulders above the rest of the older rentals on the Beech Mountain. Just a short distance from the ski slopes, with a sought-after location within .1 miles of activities and Beech Mountain Ski Resort.

Indulge in contemporary comfort within our newly built one-bedroom retreat featuring a loft utilized as a second bedroom.

The main bedroom, a peaceful sanctuary featuring a king-sized bed, boasts an ensuite bathroom with a stylishly tiled shower stall, ensuring your utmost convenience.

The fully equipped kitchen embraces a contemporary aesthetic with sleek quartz countertops, offering a touch of sophistication. Your culinary needs are met with precision, complete with a Keurig coffee pot and essential kitchen supplies.

Ascend the stairs to the loft area, where two queen beds await, complemented by a well-appointed guest bathroom featuring a convenient shower/tub combo.

Relax and unwind in the spacious and cozy living room, adorned with modern decor and anchored by a 65-inch TV for entertainment. The main bedroom is equally equipped with its own 46-inch TV for your viewing pleasure. A convenient half bath is also at your disposal for guests' comfort. This cabin was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. It had all the comforts of home and was conveniently located close to everything. The area was quiet, peaceful, and scenic, with wildlife nearby. The host was very friendly and responsive to all of our questions. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this cabin.

Cozy Cabin

Our stay at this cozy cabin was wonderful!! The cabin was spotless felt very new and well-maintained. Attention to detail was exceptional and much appreciated. Communication with the host was excellent, they were responsive, friendly and very helpful throughout the entire process.

Had such a wonderful time staying at Julie’s property for a belated birthday weekend! It’s a beautiful space and my friends really loved the attention to detail throughout the house; this isn’t just a normal, thrown together rental home, it’s very clear that time and care were put into the decor. And reading a bit about Julie’s family in the guest handbook, it made sense! I hadn’t stayed in Beech Mountain before, so I was worried we’d have to drive 30 minutes to everything but there is so much just down the mountain. Even driving to Blowing Rock felt much quicker than I anticipated. We also got to see a family of deer in the yard twice, so it was an ideal mountain location! There were 4 people in my group and we had plenty of room to spread out. The early birds went into the loft and the night owls took the primary bedroom lol. When I originally booked, I did not realize there was another rental directly below ours (completely on me for not reading through the description fully) but it caused zero issues. We couldn’t hear them and I don’t think they could hear us. We even got to chat and share a few laughs with them, which was an unexpected treat. We truly enjoyed our trip and would absolutely stay here again!

The BEST place to stay on Beech

The location of this house is just awesome. I have rented on Beech Mountain multiple times and all of the houses have had what felt like a million stairs you have to climb to get to the front door. This house had only 3. You pull right up to the front door, put in your code and walk in to an amazing home. The master bedroom is on the first floor and in the loft were two queen beds. It’s cozy and so comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and so is the bathrooms. I will definitely be renting this house again and would most definitely recommend it to others.

We are so proud of the history behind our home! Built in 2023, this cabin is our home away from home. A place to escape the busyness of our day to day lives. A place to live in harmony with the beauty of nature that surrounds us.

My father, John Sams, is the general contractor who built this tranquil space and has built over 100 homes on Beech Mountain. He began building houses here in the 1980’s and will only have a few more that he will build before he retires for the second time (He was born in 1948)! He also built the home just beside the Harmony Hideaway at 105 Charter Hills Road and will be living there part-time in the summer months, and in Florida the rest of the time.

Our family history with Beech Mountain dates back to the 1980s, soon after the town became incorporated. My grandmother and grandfather, Winfred and Horace Sams enjoyed coming here to escape the extreme Florida heat, as many others do. They both absolutely loved the beauty of the surroundings in this area and the break from the sweltering summer temps in Florida. They would also come here to visit my uncle, Jimmy Sams, who was also a general contractor in this area. My grandmother (born in 1923) celebrated her 100th birthday in the same year this beautiful cabin was built by her son. She is so proud of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, and has left a legacy for the appreciation of the vast beauty of the mountains that surround us here.

As for me, I am the proud owner of this property. I sought the opportunity to own one of the cabins my father built as he is nearing retirement and will not be building any more homes. What an honor it is to own one of the properties my father and Rosie’s poured their souls into building.

We love to ski, hike, fish, paddle board, swim, run, and bike and will be enjoying all of those activities in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains!

We love being so close to the slopes, dining, and Beech Mountain Parkway so that we can get to all there is to do very quickly. I adore the small town vibe of the mountain, the creek below the property, the slopes in view, and the distant Mountain View out of the master bedroom window. It is so scerene and peaceful in this spot on the mountain.

Our property has a contemporary, upscale decor, and many features that aren't available in many cabins on Beech Mountain. We have an awesome single-car garage to keep you warm and dry as you are unloading the car! We have heating and air conditioning (a lot of homes on the mountain do not have AC). We love the separate apartment beneath the main cabin since you can have some space between guests (both the upper cabin and lower apartment can be rented together to provide ample space for guests).
