We’re happy to offer a private hot tub for your enjoyment! To keep it clean, safe, and relaxing for everyone, please follow these simple guidelines:

✅ Please do:

Shower before use (to remove oils, lotions, makeup, or fake tan)

Use plastic cups only near the tub — no glass!

Replace the cover after each use to retain heat and keep it clean

Limit use to registered guests only

🚫 Please don’t:

Use while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs

Bring food or glassware into or near the hot tub

Add any substances (soap, bath bombs, oils, etc.)

Allow children without adult supervision

Sit or stand on the hot tub cover or edges

💰 Hot Tub Care & Cleaning Fee

We strive to provide a clean and well-maintained hot tub. If the hot tub is left excessively dirty, damaged, or requires a drain/refill due to misuse (e.g., glass, food, fake tan, bodily fluids, etc.), a cleaning or repair fee may apply.

In severe cases, a claim may be submitted to Airbnb under their host guarantee policy.
