Enjoy your stay in this beach-side gated community that includes an outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and a private walkway to the beach. This spacious three story ocean front townhouse is fully furnished for your Florida vacation. The living/dining combo and kitchen are on the second floor which also includes a half bath and a private balcony with amazing views. The master bedroom is on the top floor and has a king size bed and a private balcony with stunning views of the beach and ocean. The second and third bedrooms are located on the ground level and offer a full size bed, and two twin beds. Two additional bedrooms on the ground floor as well as a patio overlooking the beautiful beachside dunes. Pack your beach towels, hair dryer, a fun-in-the-sun attitude, and get ready to enjoy beautiful, historic St. Augustine.

Summer Vacay

Loved everything about our stay. I loved my personal space and the ease of the beach access. I loved the balconies on each level! Shawn the property manager was wonderful and easy to get in touch with!!!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but there were a few maintenance issues that could use some attention. The vertical blinds in both the living room and the primary bedroom were missing several slats. The shower curtain liner in the downstairs guest bathroom could use replacing, and the refrigerator didn’t seem to cool food properly unless it was already cold when placed inside. Those issues were a bit frustrating, but we wanted to mention them in hopes they can be addressed for future guests.

The condo was a convenient walk to both the beach and pool. It’s a quiet neighborhood and the grounds were very well kept. The condo had 3.5 bathrooms which was great; 2 bedrooms had en suites, there was a full bath on the bottom level and a half bath in the 2nd level. The back of the condo had beautiful ocean views from the 2nd and 3rd levels. It could have used some updating cosmetically, but was clean and reasonably priced. We had one question and the host responded quickly.

The location, the view and the size of this condo are the reasons we would book it again! However, you need to know that you are not booking the most updated or well-kept condominium to stay in. We have stayed in many units in this complex and out of all of the condos at Sea Winds that we have stayed in, it is the most outdated. The blinds on the doors going out to the balconies are falling apart and missing multiple slats, which is unfortunate in the bedroom specifically. The patio furniture on the balcony heading out of the living room is rusted to the point where one of the chairs practically fell apart when we sat on it. There was also a lamp in the master bedroom that was broken and just propped up against the wall when we walked in. The unit was clean and we would probably book it again due to the positive aspects mentioned above. We were just surprised by the old furnishings and run-down aspects, especially for the price.
