Enjoy this gorgeous condo-hotel, complete 2 bedroom apartment where your family and friends will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place at the BeachWalk Resort
Beachwalk is a condo-hotel, which means it is a condominium with a hotel program which has been operating since October 1st, 2024. My units are not part of the program, which allows me to keep low prices and prevent my tenants from paying unnecessary resort fees.
Because I do not have any agreement with the Hotel Operator, this leasing is directly with me. This means you will not have access to any service from the Front Desk or the hotel as Pool Towel service, Shuttle to the Beach and Beach Service. However, your Lease will grant you access to the gym and the first floor pool, but you have to bring your towels, as the Hotel operates the Towel service.
Enjoy a stay at a walking distance to the beach, shopping and dining at your convenience.

Primary Host is called Henrique and he is from Brazil. My name is Ann and I am from Chile. We both speak fluent English and Henrique speaks Portuguese and I speak Spanish.

Hallandale is an excellent place to stay if you want to go on a vacation. It is close to shopping, dining, high end shopping malls (BayHarbor) and Outlets (Sawgrass Mills Mall) and it has a Supermarket right in front (Wallmart). A 5 minute walk to the beach and bicycles to rent. This place has a beach feeling with no city amenities missing.
Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt
Many people have problems taking the elevator because sometimes it takes too long or because it is crowded. This place is on the fourth floor, which happens to be the same floor as the parking lot so you can carry your packages directly to the unit withouth the hassle of having to wait for the elevator and crash in with your shopping.
