Key fob policy:
The building charges $30 per key fob at check-in and issues 1 key fob per 3 adults.

On Ocean Drive, you’ll find a wide variety of excellent restaurants—or feel free to order in after a long day in the sun.

Dear Guests, please note the following:
Building Recertification Notice:
The property is currently undergoing its required 50-year recertification, which includes scheduled window replacement and exterior restoration throughout the building.
Guests should expect to see scaffolding on the exterior of the building and around the pool area. The pool remains accessible, but portions of the surrounding area may have scaffolding present. Intermittent construction noise may occur during standard working hours (approximately 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday).
Please note that construction sequencing is controlled by building management and contractors and may change with little notice. When work reaches a unit’s vertical line, certain exterior features—such as balconies or windows—may be temporarily inaccessible while crews complete their work. We will always notify guests promptly if this occurs prior to arrival.
