This home is under 30 minutes away from Waterville Valley, Loon Mtn, & Cannon Mtn! There are also many close access points for a day on the Pemi River! Located in one of the quietest neighborhoods of the resort, this home has all that you might need. The spacious living room has a gas fireplace, smart TV, with direct access to the dining room, and kitchen area. Also off of the living room is an office for any remote work, 1/2 bath, and laundry room. The first-floor master bedroom has a king bed and attached bathroom with a soaking tub, large shower, and walk-in closet. On the second floor are three bedrooms (1st bedroom- two twins, 2nd bedroom- one queen bed, 3rd bedroom- one twin/full bunk bed - kids only) and one full bathroom to share.
