Great Location on the North Shore

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great Location, The unit itself had everything you need and nothing you don’t. Kuilima Estates was Quiet. Three pools all close to unit. The Ritz for dinner was spectacular the stables horseback riding, the beach for swimming snorkeling and Kawela Bay where we watched the sea turtles all within a 10 minute walk. Would definitely recommend.

The place was perfect for our little family. It was nice to have a kitchen when we wanted to cook, the pool was great the kids had a blast. The restaurant called Lei Leis was so close. The beaches were 5-10 mins away. Highly recommend. Mahalo !

We had a great time in the North Shore area. The Kuilima Estates at Turtle Bay was a very clean, nice, and quiet area. The condo itself was clean upon arrival and convenient to all locations we visited. The only mishap we had was that we weren't able to connect to WiFi, which was very minor compared to all the great things we did in the area.

Amazing!!

This property was AMAZING! Less than a 10 min walk to the beach! I would absolutely stay here again!

Great spot. Nice and quiet with easy access to the beaches and walking trails. I was very excited to discover Kawela Bay. Highly recommend to check out some sea turtles away from some of the crowds. Easy to get in and out of and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Thanks for a great experience.

Beautiful view, great location however the Condo needed a good cleaning. Property wasn’t real dirty just not particularly clean. Considerable mold on shower grout. Departed early because of roaches.

Happy customer

This is our third stay at Turtle Bay condos and we’ve enjoyed each stay. The unit has everything you need and is in very good condition. A couple of things need to be addressed but have notified the property manager directly. They did not affect our stay. Love the grounds, pool, beach and quiet neighbourhood. Definitely able to kick back and relax.

safe, clean and comfortable!

The unit worked very well for me and my husband.I loved the breezes coming through the from the patio and he appreciated the air conditioning in the bedroom. If we had any questions, the property manager was very helpful and friendly. The easy access to the stores and beaches at Turtle Bay resort was an extra bonus. I also appreciated that 10 pm -8am quiet time that was expected of guests.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay here. I liked the simplicity and uncluttered condo. The bathroom has been updated so that was a bonus as well as a new fridge. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. There were some baby cockroaches but that was not a deal breaker. We would stay here again.

Rescued by Kuilima Estates at Turtle Bay

Reviewer Comments: We hade made reservations with a Airbnb vacation rental company for 4 nights, and when we arrived the rental was not as advertised, not clean, and not safe. So I reached out to Kuilima Estates for the remaining 3 nights, they were very friendly, and extremely helpful in finding us accommodations on very short notice and we hade a great time - very nice place. Thank you for saving our vacation.

Reviewer Comments: adequate facilities. comfortable bed & sofa bed. good number of towels. also w/d was key!had some trouble checking in, as the front door combo was not what was originally communicated. thankfully, a security guard was able to connect with management and get us in the unit. whew!however, the unit was clearly dated, with lots of dings and nicks, and worn items. also, each day, we happened to find one dead cockroach. one by the dining table, one under media console, one under the a/c, one in kitchen :(

The master bedroom had a full size bed and the mattress wasn't the most comfortable that I've slept on but it was adequate. The couch in the living room had a pull out sleeper mattress which was also not overly comfortable. All in all, however, we would consider using this rental again. The price was great and the location was excellent with easy access to beaches and north shore activities.
