Ground Floor Unit. Comfy lejlighed. Ny køkkenskabe og bordplader. AC og loft ventilator i soveværelset. TRÅDLØST INTERNET. Ingen telefon. Velkommen til Kuilima Estates, condominium beliggende på grund af verdenskendte Turtle Bay. Condos er omgivet af to smukke velplejede golfbaner, og er de eneste ejerlejligheder på North Shore. Dette er et fantastisk sted at slappe af, spole tilbage og genoprette, og en verden væk form trængsel og travlhed i byen. Condominium er kort gåtur til hotellet og til en dejlig, læ, coved strand, hvor du kan svømme, snorkle, og surfe. Vi har vores puljer, med liggestole, en udendørs bruser, og trækul BBQ grill. Loved the area. Cool to have the pond out the back. We watched many different kinds of birds from the back patio area.

Fun and Convenient stay on the North Shore

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a pleasant experience. It was a quiet property and the rooms were nice. The A/C worked good. The check in and check out process was excellent. They had beach chairs to borrow which was useful. The mattress was a little bit firm but it wasn’t too bad.

Clean and Well-Kept, but Uncomfortable Bed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated—everything felt fresh and organized upon arrival. The only downsides were comfort-related. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, so I didn’t sleep very well, and the AC unit in the room was pretty loud, constantly kicking on and off throughout the night. If you’re a light sleeper, that’s something to keep in mind. Overall, a nice place, but changing the mattress and AC would make a big difference.

The bed was terrible. The couch was more comfortable. The communication was terrible. The TV never worked the whole time I was there. We lost power for two days (not their fault) but they never checked on us and left a non-functioning flashlight. They never returned any phone calls and were supposedly available from 9-3 each day (but never answered the phone). Details for using the property facilities were non-existent. Cabinets in the kitchen were wonky and hinges were crooked. It was clean! I wouldn't stay again in this unit given the uncomfortable bed and poor communication.

Noth shore is incredible the condo was NOT.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staff was not helpful,we had a difficult time finding the rental -no number on the building for 119. Also, we ran out of TP within 3 days of our stay(6 days)when I called to request more I was told to "go to the store and get myself some, the roll and a half was for our convenience only."

One of the Last Real Hawaii Locations on Oahu

The gate security is good, and the area is well-lit and very quiet.I enjoyed walking along the wild beaches and exploring the many tide pools with very few people around, and I appreciated the efforts of Turtle Bay to maintain the original ecosystem with the assistance of biologists and arborists who remove invasive species and encourage native life.My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It was nice to have a washer/dryer and a full kitchen.Check-in and check-out was easy and non-contact. I really appreciated the messages with instructions and advice that made the stay so much easier.

2019 Summer Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The area was great, beautiful grounds, cute condo. Three things to help would be to put an air conditioner in the living area along with the bedroom since it can get pretty warm in the day. To keep the condo cool we needed to keep the bedroom door open while keeping the air conditioner on and then use the fan in the living room to suck cooler air to that location to keep it livable during the summer time. Second would be to put a sitting table out on the lanai to make it easier to have coffee or eat outside. Third some of the blinds are broken and need to be fixed an the living room drapes are stained and the top part will not stay put so drape won't close all the way without using some type of clip. These are just my suggestions to make the stay even better, but the grounds, pool, and close proximity to the beach and resort were wonderful.

Needs some TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is in need of a deep clean, all surfaces need washed including walls and carpets.The bed is as hard as a rock. Our backs were so sore from sleeping on this bed. Had to take turns sleeping on the couch. The shower curtain doesn’t actually repel water it soaks it up and then it leaks water allover. You can definitely see the water damage on the baseboard and the wall and cabinet. We were very cautious about getting water on the curtain and floor. The whole curtain rod is so far into the tub that it doesn’t make much space for comfortable use of the shower. The drain was clogged with hair and bugs on the bottom of the tub. There is only an A/C unit in the bedroom. We liked the location, it was quiet and great to be on the North Shore.

Confortable Stay

Reviewer Comments: At first, when we (My wife and I) walked in our rental, we were amazed by the layout, accommodations for the priced I paid (Washer/Dryer, Full Kitchen). But once I started putting our groceries in the fridge, I noticed two pieces of hair on the shelves of the fridge as if the housekeeping used the same rag to wipe down the bathroom counter. After seeing the hair, I was curiosity started to venture around in the bathroom. Found the toilet seat wasn't clean and a ball of hair was still in the bathtub. I called the management office and asked if Housekeeping is still around to come and clean it better. But none was available. I told the Management office my complaint and emailed the pictures. but I haven't heard anything from them yet... All I asked that the Housekeeping do a better job the next time. All in all, everything was great, enjoyed my stay, but the Housekeeper needs to boots up the cleaning.

Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and had everything we needed, the kitchen was stocked with necessities plus dish soap and dishwasher detergent, there was even laundry soap for the washer. The condo walked right out onto the golf course, the neighbors were quiet and friendly parking was easy and there was a short walk to the beach, we would stay there again, only problem we saw was that one blind in the living area was damaged and the air conditioner in the bedroom is a little musty but when we opened the window in the room the mustiness went away.

The agent was easy to work with thoughout the process. She was very responsive with answers and made the experience seamless and enjoyable. The unit location was close enough to hear the ocean and have the lanai door open to feel the breeze. If you're a golfer, the view is of the 10th green and next to the 18th fairway. The walk to the beach is very close. Unit was clean and adequately stocked to prepare and serve meals. The AC unit in the bedroom works great. The neighbors were very friendly and quiet.I highly recommend this unit!

The condo was very clean with all the basics you need for your stay, felt more like home than a hotel would.The washer and dryer is a nice feature take less clothes for the longer stays. Leilei's restaurant at the golf course is very good, and just down the road in Kahuku 7 brothers and all the shrimp trucks is good. Looking forward for the next trip there. Will stay here again!
