We did give you all of the information we knew about it at the time in an email sent a week before your arrival. You even wrote back joking that you were handy and may be able to help! Our operations manager tried several times to call you back while when you called, even stopping by and knocking on the door one evening when you said that you would be there. We do our best to be responsive to our guests because we know just how important you all are to our business! You will be happy to know that the construction is finished and the condos look great! We are pleased to hear that you otherwise enjoyed your stay with us, and we are looking forward to having the opportunity to host you again in the future!

I am truly sorry to hear you had any issues at all during your trip. Next time you stay with us, please reach out to us for any and all details. We do mention the way the rooms are set up (which floor each bedroom and living space in on etc) in the listing, but we are always happy to chat and explain in further detail: step count and location of amenities (like the washer/dryer) etc. or answer any questions you may have had. In addition to answering any questions prior to your arrival, had we known you needed extra washcloths or towels, we would have gladly sent someone over with additional resources! We are always just a text or a phone call away and it’s our goal to keep our guests as happy as can be. We value and appreciate your feedback but ultimately, wish you had given us the opportunity to assist you during your stay.
