Beautiful, peaceful location

Perfect location with a perfect view! The cleaning crew could have done a little better job, but I know that it’s hard to keep a condo on the beach perfectly clean. The rooms were roomy. The access to the ocean was easy. It’s in a perfect, quiet, family atmosphere.

We Love Pelican Isle!

This was our third stay at Pelican Isle and it did not disappoint. The only suggestion we have is that the mattress in the master bedroom is very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. Both my husband and I had sore backs every morning after sleeping on the mattress, which was the only negative about our stay. We really enjoyed the double balcony and the fact that the master bedroom was beachfront. We will definitely return to Pelican Isle.

4/5, would stay again

Positives: The location was wonderful and the direct access to the beach was perfect. Updates that were done are nice too. Negatives: The pool gets busy at times. The place was not very clean. The vents in the bathrooms were gross, the bed sheets were clean but they were ripped, and we can tell that the floors didn’t get mopped. The bottoms of our feet were black after walking on the tile floors in the living room/kitchen. Overall, would stay here again!

Week at beach fall break

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall excellent trip. Condo was nice and had large balcony. Usual handful of supplies to get you started. Cooked breakfast every day. Beach chair service was on point as always. Covered parking with this unit was nice. Carpet in main bedroom could use replacement or tile instead of carpet. Bed had some mileage on it but we slept great. Minimal decor my wife likes more beach decorations

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was everything we needed it to be, except for a couple of issues. The bed in the master needs to be replaced, it sags in areas, and it was too soft for our preference. Same with the couch. We enjoyed the balcony daily. Great condo to stay in

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here in 2017 on my honeymoon and ironically this year took a family vacation and unbeknownst to me, stayed in the exact same room as before! First night the Master bedroom tv wouldn’t turn on, I submitted a maintenance request and the following morning (A SUNDAY) a maintenance man was there with a brand new tv to replace it! You can’t beat service like that! Room was clean on arrival and had great views of the beach! 10/10 recommend staying here

Family getaway

The condo had a beautiful view. The living room furniture was shabby. The curtains had stains. The kitchen counters were filthy. The master bathroom shower was moldy and gross! I had to scrub the bathroom and clean the bathroom and kitchen with a cleaner that I had to purchase when we arrived. I did let the property manager know the next morning because we arrived after 5:00 pm. They said oh you should have called us and we would have sent emergency cleaners over. Overall it was a place to stay however it was 3 stars at best.

Another Great Vacation at Pelican Isle

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was very clean and comfortable. We have already booked the unit for next year! The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of linens were provided. I would suggest that the kitchen be restocked. There were no plastic bowls with lids for storing food and there was only one very small skillet. All other kitchen items were plentiful. My husband suggests replacing the living room chair with one he can nap in. HaHa
