Disney and Universal in early July 2026

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The house was perfect for our stay. It was exactly as advertised. The pool was great after a couple of long days. Check in/out was easy and property manager super easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay there again when back in Orlando.

We recently stayed at this Orlando home and had a very enjoyable experience overall. The house was very clean, well maintained, and stocked with everything we could possibly need, including plenty of towels, linens, dishes, silverware, and other essentials. The host and management company were responsive, helpful, and easy to work with throughout our stay.One of the biggest advantages of this property is its proximity to the Disney parks, which made getting to and from the parks incredibly convenient. We also thoroughly enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. It was a great place to relax after a long day, and the pool area was definitely one of the highlights of our stay.The master bedroom bed was very comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. However, the other beds in the home were not as comfortable and could benefit from some updates. The home itself is older, but it has been well maintained and was very clean throughout.The furniture was a mix of older and more modern pieces. While everything was functional, updating some of the older furnishings would enhance the overall guest experience. Similarly, the kitchen appliances are quite outdated, and replacing them would be a worthwhile improvement for future renters.The only other issue we encountered was that the remote for the DVD player could not be found during our stay.Overall, we had a great time and appreciated the cleanliness, convenience, well-equipped home, and excellent communication from the host and

Thank you for a great stay. The property was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The house itself had ample room. Fixtures were a little dated, but functionally everything was great. Make sure to bring a charging dock with you; we brought ours and I was thankful we did. The pool was great. We did pay extra for heating (and, again, we were thankful for this, because the temps dropped unexpectedly and our family was still able to enjoy the pool). Overall, it was a great experience and we would recommend it to others. :)

Great Choice for Families

We had a wonderful stay at this home. We have a large family and usually feel crowded when we are on vacation, but not here. It was wonderful to be able to bring dogs with us as well. Made our vacation much more enjoyable.

Family Vacation

Great location for Disney!

The location of this stay was fantastic for my family’s Disney trip! The setup was great for the family to each have their own little spaces and room to wind down after a long day at the parks. Good location to stores and restaurants too. The yard is well fenced in and made a perfect place for us to bring our dogs along with us. I recommend this stay and will look for this on any future trips to the area!

Amazing property close to Disney

We have been visiting Disney at least once a year for 36 years and have never stayed off property until this trip and it was amazing. Even my kids (14 and 9) said they would rather stay at this house every time!! We will definitely be back. Property was clean, convenient to everything and we had more than enough room!!!

Nice house in a nice neighborhood

Just three of us were here but it was great and felt spacious. The beds were not comfortable in our opinion but the yard and pool almost make up for it. The price was also great so I for sure would recommend this property to others.
