Gorgeous view of the beach and ocean from third floor balcony. King bed was very comfortable. Seating area was large and comfortable. Plenty of towels in remodeled bathrooms. Kitchen was a little sparce with plates (only 6). Fans throughout which I love. would absolutely stay again.close to restaurants and bus line right outside.

This was an amazing condo. Lots of room and a great view from every room. Easy beach access and several good places to eat and shop in walking distance. The kitchen was well stocked with basic necessities. Lots of extra towels and blankets. One of the nicest vacation condos I’ve stayed at. Can’t wait to visit Madeira Beach again!

This condo was directly on the Gulf. Beautiful views, newly renovated bathrooms, new couches and fully stocked beach supplies. We can’t say enough good things about the beach supplies. The umbrellas, beach chairs, cooler and beach towels. They saved the day! We could not have enjoyed the beach (in May) without the shade. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and grocery stores near by (Publix is very expensive). We saw dolphins on the last day. We would would definitely visit again. Thank you to our hosts

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was beautiful, clean, had a fully stocked kitchen and gorgeous views!!! Our host had great communication and print responses. We will definitely stay here again!!!

The VRBO communication process was simple and efficient. The condo was exactly as advertised. It was perfect for our stay. We appreciated the extra amenities like well appointed kitchen, beach chairs, and beach towels. We loved having the beachfront balcony with the ocean so close! Perfect for sunsets and even a few dolphin sightings.The kitchen and bathrooms were newly updated and everything was clean and neat. Our host a great job keeping in touch with important information.

Our stay was wonderful! The condo was very clean, well stocked and had the most organized kitchen! They even provided chairs, games and beach stuff. The elevator was efficient with minimal waiting but was very loud. Communication was simple. The pool was warm and had nice bathrooms. The balcony was amazing with easy access to the beautiful beach! My only complaint is the check out procedure had us sweeping and doing laundry. We were very thorough, so we did 2 loads, cleaned and put away the dishes and swept. My opinion though, this is the hosts responsibility and not something they should require for checkout, especially since the cleaning fees were added in with payment for the rental.

Thank you for being wonderful vacationers and totally enjoying yourselves in our direct beach front vacation condo. Our departure process is only suggestions as being on the beach sometimes there is more sand in the condo than on the beach LOL. Helping with the beach and bath towels being placed in the washer (departure PODs provided), again is just a suggestion as we provide plush towels and they take a lot longer than the thin ones you get in other condos. Thank you again for your reservation and enjoying yourselves on the Gulf of America.

The property is pretty well maintained. It has a breathtaking view of the ocean from the living room and both bedrooms. Condo was clean and organized. They had everything we needed for the beach including multiple floatation devices, beach chairs and beach towels. They had some nice puzzles that we enjoyed during our stay as well. Location is well secured and other than a little construction noise from neighboring buildings,it is quiet and serene.

Gorgeous views of the gulf - loved that all rooms had that oceanfront view and balconies! Conveniently located so that we were able to walk to several restaurants. The condo is spacious, updated, and was well stocked with all that we needed from kitchen supplies to beach gear (floats, chairs, umbrellas, etc) and even some puzzles and games. Nice, quiet, comfortable place to stay. Will be back when we return to the area!

The location was very good. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The view and the beach are amazing. We saw dolphins almost every morning. The pool was small but nice. It was very nice to have restrooms at the pool so you could come from the beach and not have to go all the way upstairs. The building is still being put back together after the last hurricane. The elevator went out of service once. The condo had most everything you need including beach toys, chair's, umbrella, cooler and more. The bathrooms and kitchen have had some updates. The bed was way too hard for me and that is probably the only reason I would not choose this condo again.

Great experience

We had a wonderful time at The Trillium. The condo was stocked with everything our family needed for the beach and for our stay! Love that there was an outdoor bathroom by the pool too. There was an issue with the AC but it was quickly remedied by Sam and made right. We appreciated his quick response and quick action. Wonderful views and very specious. We will definitely be back!! :)

Perfect home away from home

This condo was perfect! It was clean and in a great location (walking distance to St. John's Pass, shops, and restaurants! When we arrived, the front lobby was not there, due to the hurricane, but the directions given in the email were written to a T and within minutes, we were in our home for the week. Everything that you could possibly need was awaiting us (paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, beach towels, beach toys, chairs, etc). All we had to grab was food and drinks of choice. The condo was very clean. I usually shower with my flip flops on, but I didn't hesitate to jump in this one without them. The pool was also very clean and warm....perfect!Honestly, I can't think of one con. We will certainly stay here in 3B again when visiting Madiera Beach! It was only my husband and I staying, but there was definitely room for more. There was another room with two single beds and a couple of couches, as well. By the way, you can't beat the view of the gulf and enjoying your coffee in the morning while seated on the balcony.

Condo great, property not great

The condo itself was as advertised and quite well equipped. However the elevator was out of service as was the pool. We were not notified of this beforehand and were not offered a discount because of these issues. Love the building and location but disappointed that the owner did not advise us of the building repairs.

Thank you for being wonderful vacationers and enjoying yourselves. I wish you had contacted me early of the amenities (heated pool and elevator) not available. Not to make excuses but the building association does not provide continual status communications to owners, so we are not always informed of the activities outside my owned vacation condo that was without issue per the vacationer's comment. The delay of heater and elevator parts resulted in the two amentias not being available and I am sorry for your inconvenience. However, again that is outside my control or ability to provide urgent corrective actions, and for that please accept my apologies. Thank you again for being wonderful vacationers and glad you were able to enjoy my wonderful beach front corner vacation condo and the amazing Gulf of America sunsets and lazy days relaxing on the beach. I hope to see you again but stay happy and safe until then.
