We had a wonderful week! The condo was just as pictured and the ocean views were beautiful! Watched for dolphins each morning and admired the beautiful sunsets! The beds are very comfortable. Kids enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub and we love that you can now see the ocean from the pool! We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay so much at the aire dam condos. Our condo was beautifully decorated and well stocked loved the beautiful view of the gulf from our 3rd floor balcony. So close to the beach and area shopping and resturants. John was a wonderful host and the property manager debbie kept in contact. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Location

The condo was clean and well-stocked, just as advertised. Several great restaurants within walkimg distance. The pool was quiet and the beach was beautiful! An awesome place for family vacation!

Wonderful Place

We really enjoyed our stay at Aire Dam and the condo. Nice location that wasn't to busy. Felt like home, would definitely go back.

Wonderful stay

Had a nice and relaxing stay in this nice apartment. Our demands were completely fulfilled. Located at a wonderful beach, supermarket and shops are nearby.

"Mature" Girl's Week

Book this Condo!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family! Wonderful views, clean and very well stocked! We had the best time! The location is perfect. The beach out front is not very crowed and did I mention the views?! Beach access right in front of the condo and about a mile or so away from John’s Pass with plenty of restaurants and things to do. This was our first visit to Madeira Beach and we loved it and we will absolutely stay here again! Thanks for the perfect vacation spot!

Excellent renter to work with.

We were so excited to stay in this beautiful condo. Unfortunately, hurricane Helene had different plans for us. Both the owner and property manager were excellent and timely with communication. Knowing the extent of storm damage to the area, they gave a full refund. We will book with him again!

Great Spring Break!

This condo was very clean! We greatly appreciated the beach chairs, beach towels, toys and board games! We were definitely set up for the week without any additional items to purchase which makes it really nice when traveling by plane! The owner John was very responsive with any questions or concerns we had! The location is great with a lot of dining and shopping options within walking distance. Would recommend especially if traveling with kids!

Perfect Beach Spot!!!

My family and I stayed in August. The condo looked exactly as it did online and was very clean! The location was perfect!! On the beach and pool access, and some of the most gorgeous sunsets I've ever seen. There are also restaurants within walking distance, and shopping/activies just a short drive away. John, the owner, was very responsive to questions. Thank you for sharing your awesome place with us! We can't wait to return!

This is the third time we have stayed at Arie Dam (Madeira spelled backwards). The best beach location with the condo closest to the water and the beach has never been too busy. Each unit we have stayed in has been beautiful and very spacious. We stayed in Unit 303 this time and everything appeared to be new with a fresh remodel. They have taken excellent care of this condo after the hurricane and almost have everything back to new like conditions. The pool is really nice especially after being out on the beach in the heat. The manager was super helpful with anything we needed for our room and the owner stayed in contact to ensure we had everything we needed to help make or stay exceptional. We plan on more visits to Madeira and will continue to use Arie Dam. Extremely easy to drive to this location and easy to get to all the things we planned to do while staying here.
We set up right in front of our room that is just above our Shibumi shade.

Perfect location and getaway

Beach vacation

My husband and I stayed here by ourselves last year and it was great. This year we came back and rented with another couple. For the pros: the view, the screened balcony, the pool and did I say the view? For the cons: We gave the other couple the master bedroom and I have to say the second bedroom had a lot to be desired. The full size bed was terrible, very lumpy and the edge of the mattress, all the way around had a hard ridge. The carpet is nasty and needs to be replaced. The blinds don’t fully close so there was so much light coming in, it was hard to sleep. Overall, I would consider staying again if it’s just the 2 of us, but would never expect anyone to use the second bedroom.

Loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. Everything was exactly as posted and I have never stayed in a condo that was so well stocked! The beach is right outside your door and the view is amazing. It is in a great area and so convenient to everything you may need. The beds were super comfortable and lots of towels and extras. Communication with management and owner was quick and helpful. The only complaint I have is that I wish the heat for the pool had been turned off. At first I thought it was so warm just because of the outside temp but it was always the same temp. even at dawn. We still did enjoy it, it just would have been nice had it been more refreshing.. Nonetheless, we had a wonderful time and would be happy to stay here again. Thank you so much for a wonderful week and lots of memories made!! Sandee Davison

Very nice, clean condo

Condo was just as advertised and very clean. Close proximity to the beach and the pool and beach was never too crowded. Did have a minor problem with check in, but it was fixed quickly. Overall a good experience.
