My family and I had an absolutely wonderful week in the home. The location was fantastic and Joshua was extremely friendly and accommodating. The front deck was beautiful and we enjoyed sitting out at night and taking in the amazing view. We would definitely stay here in the future.

We enjoyed our stay here and our hosts were very communicative and helpful. The place is gorgeous, clean, and fully stocked with necessities for the beach. There were also lots of spices and other dry goods in the cabinets as well.

Best VRBO experience! Property was perfect. Check in seamless, finishes were high end and homey. It was our little slice of paradise after a day exploring SD. Comms with our hosts were welcoming and prompt. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would come back when I’m next in the area.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying on this property. The location was scenic and beautiful with plenty of trees. There are even lemon trees on the property. The home has all the modern conveniences, is clean, and environmentally friendly, Multiple places to dine are within walking distance. Our host responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had regarding the property. We are definitely adding this property to our list of favorite places to stay when vacationing in San Diego.

My husband and I stayed here for four days and loved it! It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It had a beautiful view which we enjoyed while relaxing on the front deck. Parking is avaliable on the street or in the back. The neighborhood was lovely and peaceful and within walking distance to great restaurants, coffee, shopping and the beach. The host was communicative and helpful. They gave great suggestions for places to eat and see. We can not say enough good things about this VRBO! It was just me and my husband, but would it would have been comfortable for a party of four as well. We would stay here again and highly recommend it.

I do not have a single complaint and would stay here again. The host was incredibly available and responsive to messages, the kitchen was well stocked and clean and I had no issues. Plus there was a great view with water views to the bay and then the ocean from outside, and spotting planes in the distance was a favorite activity of my son's.

Beautiful house in great location, family friendly

We had a fantastic stay. The house is in a great quiet location walkable to the beach. It is beautifully furnished and styled and well-appointed for our family with two small kids. We would definitely stay here again!

If you’re looking for a vacation rental that truly feels like home, this is the place. My husband, our daughter (a UCSD student), and I stayed here for 10 days and had an exceptional experience.The home is spotless, bright, and filled with natural light. We loved enjoying our morning coffee on the front porch while taking in the ocean views and peaceful surroundings. The neighborhood is quiet, welcoming, and made us feel right at home.The owners have thoughtfully equipped the home with high-end appliances, a fully stocked kitchen, filtered water and ice, and all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated their use of clean household products and enjoyed picking fresh lemons from the yard for cooking.The hosts were outstanding—friendly, responsive, and attentive to every detail. Whenever we needed anything, they responded quickly and ensured we were well taken care of.This home offers the perfect combination of comfort, beauty, and hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

The house was truly perfect. We have good friends who live around the corner and wanted our own place that was walking distance from them. It was perfect. Knowing the view from that part of PB, I was thrilled that this house was perched high enough to see it. The hosts' correspondence leading up to and during our stay was very helpful and it was exactly as described. We had no issues and had everything we needed. I highly recommend it!

True Gem

Everything about this property is top-notch. The location offers easy access to the airport, downtown San Diego, numerous beaches, scenic mountain drives and the North County Coastal Region along highway 101. The lovely neighbourhood is walkable, safe and quiet. Anything you need for your stay is close by. I had no concerns staying there as a female travelling alone. There is ample free parking on the street in front of the house in addition to a dedicated carport behind it. The house is well designed. The open plan and natural light make it feel larger than the square footage. The king sized bedroom is spacious with lots of storage. Overall, it is nicely renovated and decorated in a manner consistent with the character of the home. There is lots of outdoor space to enjoy that is nicely landscaped and lit. The house was well appointed with everything I needed for my time there. The hosts were stellar. They were friendly and supportive from reservation to check out always replying promptly to questions, checking in and providing great suggestions for the area. I would not hesitate to stay at this property again when visiting the San Diego area.
