LIVING ROOM / DOWNSTAIRS

Welcome to our spacious living room, featuring a large sectional couch with seating for 15 people, perfect for gathering with family and friends. Enjoy entertainment on the state-of-the-art 77'' OLED TV with complimentary streaming services. The open-plan layout seamlessly integrates a dining table, offering ample seating for meals or game nights. Built-in Bluetooth speakers enhance the ambiance, providing the perfect soundtrack to your stay. Relax, unwind, and create lasting memories in this inviting space.

KITCHEN

Welcome to our fully equipped kitchen, where culinary adventures await! Prepare delicious meals or snacks with ease, as the kitchen is stocked with all the cooking essentials you need. Whether you're whipping up a family dinner or a quick snack, you'll find everything at your fingertips. Start your day off right with our easy-to-use, freshly ground coffee machine, ensuring you enjoy cafe-quality espressos to kickstart your mornings. From breakfast to dinner, this kitchen has everything you need for a delightful culinary experience.

OUTDOOR PATIO

Enjoy the famous Florida weather with a fully equipped outdoor patio. A custom summer kitchen with BBQ/side burner, outdoor fridge, and ice maker. Watch the kids swimming in the heated pool/spa (included in your rental) from the outdoor couches or enjoy dinner with the screened-in patio. With two TVs (one is a 65'' OLED TV) and built-in surround sound, you won't miss a second of the action.

MARIO BROTHERS GAMES ROOM

If you can't find your kids or teenagers (or adults!) then they are probably in the fully immersive Mario Brothers Games room. A life-sized Mario will welcome you to the space that boasts not one but two fully-sized MARIO KART ARCADE RACERS. We recommend a tournament to establish bragging rights as the fastest racer in the group. With hours of fun, this will be a highlight of any trip. The fun doesn't stop there: a professional ping-pong table will also get the competitive juices flowing. If you want a change of pace the house is also equipped with your favorite board games (TICKET-TO-RIDE, SETTLERS OF CATAN & RISK).

For the gamers in the group, there is a PlayStation 5 for your gaming pleasure. With so much to do you will wish you had more time to spend.

MASTER BEDROOM #1

Escape to the magic of Agrabah with this elegantly themed Aladin Master Bedroom. From the full-sized Genie and Aladin mural to the authentic Arabic pendant lights, you will feel like you have truly stepped into a 'Whole New World' Add your TV and work-from-home space you will have everything you need to unwind.

LIVING ROOM / UPSTAIRS

Leave the Muggle world behind as you walk upstairs and enter the magical wizarding world of Harry Potter. A fully immersive living space with stunning full-wall murals and Diagon Alley storefronts will welcome you. Another oversized sectional and massive bean bag will compliment the 77'' OLED TV and PlayStation 5 while providing hours of entertainment.

BEDROOM #3 - STAR WARS ROOM

This will truly be a favorite for any Star Wars fans in the group. Escape to the galaxy far far away and a long time ago. Step into the living quarters of the Millennium Falcon with double fully immersive bunk beds.

BEDROOM #4 - BEAUTY & BEAST

Escape the provincial life into this tastefully decorated queen bedroom where the color scheme welcomes peace and serenity.

BEDROOM #5 - LEGO MASTERS

Another masterfully themed room for the young and young at heart. A Lego-themed bunk bed flows into another immersive room where aspiring Lego Masters can spend hours building their own Lego creations with a custom built-in bench and 55'' TV.

BEDROOM #6- ARIELS GROTTO

As you step into Ariels Grotto the words "Just look at the world around you.
Right here on the ocean floor. Such wonderful things surround you. What more are you lookin' for?" will resonate. A full-sized Ariel will transport your kids to the bottom of the sea where life is better. Two fully immersive coral-themed bunk beds, one with full beds and the other with twins will surely make this a living space where dreams and reality. Kids will adore the full-sized slide from the 2nd floor to the Mario Kart games room downstairs.

WINDSOR ISLAND RESORT CLUBHOUSE

For those days that you want to venture out into the Florida sun the Windosr Island Resort Club offers even more amenities.

The resort comes complete with its own water park including:

Guests will be provided a personalized access code 24 hours before check-in for self-checkin.

BBQ grill is free to use. Propane is also free and included with the BBQ.

Daily Valet Trash collection is provided by the resort. All trash must be bagged (trash bags are provided at the property) and placed in the outside trash can provided by the property. Any trash that is not bagged will not be collected and is the responsibility of the guest.

Housekeeping: Prior to check-in the home will be meticulously cleaned by a professional cleaning company. Additional clean bedding and towels will be available for your stay. If you require cleaning during your stay, this can be requested for an additional charge. (subject to availability)

As part of your stay, we include:

* Plenty of Shampoo/conditioner/body wash/Q tips in each bathroom
* Extra roll of toilet paper
