This is great vacation rental that is cozy, complete, pristine, neat as a pin and centrally located between the Spreckels Park complex and the downtown of Coronado Village. Easy access to the beaches or the Coronado Ferry Landing. Short walk to shops and restaurants. Enclosed front patio with BQ grill and firepit and seating for six. Two separate bedroom suites (one with king and the other with two twins) with very comfortable family room and modern, fully appointed kitchen. Full-size laundry units, A/C and an off-street alley access parking spot. Beach equipment, including cooler and lawn chairs. Available only for September 2025.

Amazing place, fantastic location!
Absolutely loved our stay. Close to the park and beech for the kids. Biked all over the island and had an amazing stay in this lovely house!

Coronado Condo
The condo was fabulous - perfect location, gorgeous and comfortable patio, everything you needed including bikes that made our stay that much more enjoyable. Rick was very helpful and welcoming when we arrived. You will love this condo.
