Inside, dark wood and bright, contemporary accents create a rich contrast with a coastal feel. An open floor plan connects the dining area and main living area, where a flat-screen TV and fireplace call you to kick back and spend quality time with your group. Glimpses of the ocean from the expansive window set the scene for relaxation. A second, more intimate living area boasts a cozy character and a homey feel. The fully equipped kitchen features sleek, black countertops and barstool seating.

La Jolla Mid-Century's unique floor plan wraps around the backyard patio. This outdoor living space is the centerpiece of the home, inviting you to step outside and enjoy the ocean breeze. Spend your days soaking up the sun in the loungers and cooling off with a refreshing dip in the pool. As the sun begins to set, enjoy evening cocktails at the seating area, before dining alfresco at the outdoor dining table. String lights adorn the entire patio, ensuring you can enjoy the space from day to night.

Located in an upscale neighborhood, La Jolla Mid-Century boasts a prime location away from the hustle and bustle but just minutes from La Jolla’s top attractions. A short 5-minute drive puts you at Windansea Beach for days of surf and sand. Go for a hike at Soledad Natural Park or La Jolla Natural Park, or head to La Jolla Cove for swimming, snorkeling, and scuba diving – all just 10 minutes away! With La Jolla Blvd and Prospect St nearby, there are plenty of shopping and dining options to choose from.

Home Truths:
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Quiet hours are 9pm - 8am.
- This home does not have A/C, but there are fans available, and we also provide one portable AC unit and one window AC unit.
- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Same-day bookings are not permitted.
- Absolutely no exterior amplified music is allowed. Violations will result in a $500 fine.
- While we do our best to notify guests in advance, unannounced power outages may occur due to unexpected city maintenance.
- No events are allowed unless pre-approved and coordinated through Avantstay. This includes but is not limited to: rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, birthday parties, and social gatherings.
- All guests must comply with local laws regarding outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and limitations on parties or gatherings.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff.

We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

Nice home

Terryhill home was nice. Water pressure in home needs fixing and house needs to be sprayed for bugs. Construction nearby begins at 7 am. Also, maybe updating master shower and making it a bit larger would be ideal.
