Lovely quiet spot and beautiful cabin. It was wonderful to have tubes available for enjoying the creek. No barking dogs, which can be hard to come by in the country! Comfortable bed and living room chair. My only sadness was the street light that made it hard to enjoy lightning bugs and stars. We hope to return.

This cabin felt like home. It was cozy, comfortable and just had an overall peaceful feeling. The view was beautiful. We loved being by the creek. We would definitely stay there again. The host was accommodating on letting us bring an extra dog, along with using less scented cleaning supplies to help with asthma issues. We were there for a daughter’s Virginia Tech graduation. It was perfect for us.

Perfect Fall Getaway

Fantastic property with helpful and responsive hosts. The perfect place for a summer or fall getaway. Location is close to VT campus and has everything you need. Can’t wait to go back!

Lazy Days was just what the doctor ordered

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at lazy days. The cabin is fully stocked and very comfortable. The property management was a delight to work with and we will definitely be coming back

Lazy Days Stay

The cabin was perfect for my stay in the area for hiking the Appalachian Trail and exploring the local towns and attractions. It is nice and peaceful next to a mountain stream.

Such a cool little spot. Great communication, great responses when I messaged, the cabin was great. Really great experience. Only issue, and it's stated in the description, is very minimal cell service at the cabin but you don't have to far to get service (I'm on TMobile). Only issue was trying to receive a text message with a login code for a work thing. I just let work know that they were on their own for a few days :) Thanks!

My son, dog, and I had a nice stay at this cabin. It was in a peaceful location and we enjoyed some rest and relaxation, as well as a nice hike to Cascade Falls only 25 minutes away. The communication with the host was immediate any time I reached out, which was really nice to see. They were very accommodating when I had an issue with the hot water and heat and said they would have someone out right away to look at it, but I opted to finish my stay since I was only there 2 nights, and then have someone come to look at it. We enjoyed sitting on the porch listening to the rain. The bed was comfortable. They had cooking supplies so that I could heat up some meals we brought which was great. There were a number of cobwebs, but I didn't see any spiders inside and you are in a cabin so some wildlife was expected. Overall it was a nice stay. Thank you for having us!

What a gem! The cabin was exactly what I was looking for. Breakfast on the porch…our dog loved to swim in the creek, and the house was comfortable with everything we needed! Thank you for a perfect weekend!

Beautiful cabin, perfect for a quick getaway.

Cabin was perfect for myself, my husband and our fur babies. The creek was beautiful, our dogs enjoyed swimming and my husband enjoyed fishing. One quiet morning enjoying coffee on the deck, we spotted a bear.

Perfect get away.

The property met expectations. Walker Creek was beautiful and very clear. Easy access to Pearisburg for groceries and anything else you needed. Very quiet and remote.

Perfect creekside getaway

What a hidden gem! Our family of 4 had the best time exploring the creek, playing games, and just spending time together. The cabin is beautifully designed with everything we needed to feel comfortable. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Perfect escape

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It’s what we needed to get away for the weekend. The place has everything we needed and it has that simple yet cozy feel to it. We love how quiet it is staying there, the surroundings are clean and it’s that secluded yet close to everything little peaceful place we needed.Host was great at communicating with us as well. Definitely will go back in there for a shot little getaway of peace and quiet relaxing stay.

PERFECT getaway!

Lazy Days is true to its name! You can't help but relax when you're there. The details are so thought out. The cabin has everything you could need. The creek was the perfect hangout spot...just steps from the front door. The booking process was smooth, and the communication was friendly and clear. We will absolutely be visiting again!
