The property was very nice, updated and clean! We loved the bay view and having kayaks and paddle boards. The beach was super convenient, just a short walk. Perfect location for anyone wanting a great family beach vacation!

Amazing time at Gulf Shores!

Our family of four had an amazing time at Gulf Shores and very much enjoyed the Condo and property. Proximity to both the Beach and Sound was ideal and very convenient. The Condo and property was very nice, clean and comfortable. Very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely rebook again in the future.

Best place we have ever stayed in

The communication was perfect and very quick with replying back to my messages, the place was very very nice and the owner was very nice. The kayaks and paddle boarding was very fun, and the fishing was fun at night and in the morning, me and my family had a blast.

Quick getaway

Everything was great. Condo was clean and right on the bay. The boys enjoyed fishing from the pier. Quick easy walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Location is superb! Plenty of activities to do at that property let alone in AL in general. The property is very spacious; we had plenty of room to stretch out and relax. I would recommend to anyone, and actually already have. Price was also reasonable; the manager of the property is quick to respond and helpful. If you're contemplating to book here, just do it! I am very glad we did!!

The property is a 3 minute walk to the beach & overlooks the lagoon. It is a shared deck with your own eating space in the back. The pictures online are an accurate description- the rooms are & bathrooms are updated & the beds are comfy. The kitchen is small but we didn’t mind as we didn’t cook. Check in was easy & the hosts were very responsive. They provided more beach towels & umbrellas when asked.

Quick weekend getaway

My family and and I had a great time here. The view was beautiful and very relaxing. I really appreciate that we could go out on the kayaks. I think the kids enjoyed watching me fall off the paddle board more than anything. The host was great and quickly responded to all of our questions. Overall we had a great time and want to plan another trip for a longer stay.

Girls weekend out

Loved our quick weekend girls trip to celebrate our friend getting married in Vegas. Location was perfect. Views are beautiful. Beach access was perfect. Property is well maintained. Close to the action, yet far enough away to feel secluded. We had such a great time and plan on returning in the fall host was very responsive to questions. Disappointed weather didn't allow for use of kayaks.... Next time.

Best of Both Worlds

If anyone in your group happens to be more of a “lake person” or doesn’t like sand & waves- staying lagoon side is perfect. They’ve got calm water, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing off the dock, etc. but the beach is just right across the road maybe 2 min walk. Check in was a breeze. Host was in constant communication. Unit was well equipped with everything we needed. Our family of 7 includes ourselves and 1 adult child, 3 teens, a 9yr old and there was plenty of room for all of us. Location is close to restaurants and stores. Very clean & well organized. Decor & design modern and classy. A/C & WiFi worked well. Very quiet at night. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

The place wasn’t clean. The pull out couch in the living room was stained with yellow stains and had dirt on it. The kitchen was very small only one person was able to be in the kitchen at a time. The beds were uncomfortable and the comforter smelled of sweat. The house had scuffs everywhere really shows the lack of upkeep. Overall wouldn’t recommend staying here, spend your money elsewhere.

New favorite for sure

We had an amazing time staying at this location. It was our first time staying at a place that wasn’t directly on the beach and we were so happy we did. First of all, it took less time to get to the beach than some of the large condos we have stayed in that were directly on the beach, Literally a three minute walk or less. Secondly, staying on the little lagoon was way cooler than I was anticipating. We had a great time fishing off the dock and using the kayaks and paddle boards. The inside of the property Was all that we hope for. We had a few questions and reached out to the property manager and got a prompt response. It was a wonderful trip and we cannot wait to go back.

This was our first time to Gulf Shores. The location of this home was perfect. We had the lagoon the kids could swim and play as well as kayak and paddle board right outside the door. This house shares the kayaks and paddles boards as well as all games. We played corn hole and my family and friends loved the swooc game. Nathan was wonderful to communicate with. Getting time slots to take the kayaks and paddle boards was not a problem at all. All 4 units were rented out as well. Each unit is supplied with lots of beach accessories. The caddy was wonderful. When going to the beach it was not really that far. The beach was clean and plenty of room to enjoy. Location was not far from restaurants and activities. The unit was very clean. The lay out was great. Nice and updated. Loved the hardwood floors and no pets. Meaning I found no pet hair anywhere. I loved the 3 single beds for my kids and their friend. I also appreciated the access to a broom and vacuum. I know I'm on vacation but I still clean the floors daily. It clearly states that they only supply the units with enough supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags for 2-3 days. It would be nice to have a few more garbage bags. We like to keep place clean and with 8 people we had trash. Other than that I would recommend this unit to anyone wanting to enjoy a clean, comfy, fun, not too crowded place to stay at Gulf Shores. As well as any question will get answered by Nathan promptly. He is amazing!
