Three cozy bedrooms comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, two bedrooms are on the main floor; first bedroom has a new King size bed, and second bedroom/office has a Queen. The Primary upstairs bedroom has a Cal King, a spacious ensuite with a walk-in tile shower and two large closets. All the furnishings throughout the home are new, and the décor is a collaboration with a local designer.
The two full bathrooms have walk in tile showers, with quality linens for your comfort.
The house is also fully equipped with an all-new kitchen, with high end appliances and amenities for a home away from home and simplify your stay.
The backyard is the perfect retreat and is seamless continuation of the home and the obvious owner’s attention to detail! The new and amazing backyard outdoor space includes two cozy seating areas with a gas firepit, a dreamy outdoor kitchen under a covered romantic well lite gazebo to entertain with seating for 8! The front porch is also perfect for early morning coffee or after noon cocktails as the friendly neighbors pass by. Both areas are adorned with amazing outdoor fountains that add to the home’s ambiance and enjoyment.

Property was excellent as advertised. Close to downtown SLO. Backyard is excellent in every way. Only complaint was the upstairs bedroom had the most comfortable bed and best bathroom but height of the ceiling in the bedroom made the room very difficult to use. Bumped our heads quite a bit and moved downstairs after the first week. Too bad . The house itself was well equipped and met our every need.

A True Gem!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home! It was spotless on arrival and located on a quiet street, yet just a short, easy walk to Bread Bike (amazing bakery!), High Street Deli, and downtown shops, restaurants, the Mission, and Farmers’ Market.The house is bright, airy, and very comfortable—truly a home away from home. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of cabinet space for our groceries. The backyard was a private sanctuary with lush landscaping, a great grill, and a cozy firepit seating area—perfect for relaxing evenings.We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the supply of dog towels. The hosts Cindy and Harley were both very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this home—we’d love to return!

Our (luxe) home away from home

What an amazing find in SLO. My husband and I visit the town often to see our grandchildren and have stayed in many, many rentals and hotels over the years, most of them a bit too homey and worn, but that's usually what is available. Now we've discovered Cindy's house on Archer, we are only staying here! It's the perfect blend of SLO vintage style with sparkling new renovations, and comfortable, tasteful furnishings. The kitchen is well stocked for any type of cook. And the backyard! It's like something out of Sunset magazine, beyond expectations. We didn't have a chance to use the outdoor kitchen, but hope to on our next trip, when we can have our family over. The location is pretty good -- just a few minutes walk to the best bakery, coffee, and restaurant in town, and a few minutes more to the center or the trailheads. The upstairs en suite has sloped ceilings, so tall people might prefer the downstairs bedrooms. But we slept fantastic in that comfy bed! Can't wait to book our next trip to SLO.

Five FABULOUS weeks at the little Archer home! I'd not hesitate to return for even longer. The house is truly a "home". It has all the amenities of a comfortable home in which to live. The kitchen has all the appliances, dinnerware, and cookware for making both simple and elaborate meals. The backyard has absolutely gorgeous hardscaping and landscaping. The lush atmosphere invites morning coffee curled up by the fire as well as grilling dinner and eating under the amazing pavilion structure. For me, the location could not have been better. Like other guests, I enjoyed walks to the nearby bakery cafes as well as the easy stroll to downtown for the shopping and yummy restaurants. This property is highly recommended! Enjoy every second!

Within blocks of Downtown SLO, easy access to the 101 FWY, 10 to 15 minutes to the BEACH! 5 Miles to Edna Valley Wineries or take a trip to the Paso Wineries, Hearst Castle, Morro Bay or Pismo Beach! The Central Coast has an abundance of local events and this home is central to it all! One of the best Deli's down the street - High Street Deli, an icon!

The owner's a done an amazing job with the details. The home was fully remodeled with all the cozy features and comforts inside and out! You will absolutely love the backyard. The outdoor kitchen under the gazebo allows you to have a full dining experience under the night sky.
