It is an ideal retreat for DC tourist, travel nurses, military personnel and guests, offering a peaceful home with all the comforts and conveniences needed for a short-term or long-term stay.
Private Entries Separate front and back doors for privacy and ease.
Fully Furnished: Includes a comfortable bedroom with full sized bed with extra storage space beneath, a living room with a queen sized pullout couch, a den with a kitchenette, and a separate laundry room for convenience.
Kitchenette: Comes with a mini-fridge, a sink, hot plate, coffee maker, convection oven, tea kettle, microwave, and cooking essentials.
Private Laundry: Your own laundry room with washer and dryer.
Bathroom: A private, well-maintained bathroom.
Parking: 1 Dedicated parking spot in front of the unit for safety and convenience as well as additional street parking.

I'm a southern girl, living in the DC Metro area. My husband and I love traveling, eating good food, spending time with family and friends, and playing flag football! We're always on the lookout for our next great adventure.

The peace I feel walking around the lake at 6am as the birds begin to sing their morning songs is unmatched. In addition to the serenity of this neighborhood, I also wanted convenience. The property's proximity to Route 1, George Washington PKWY, I-95, and an abundance of grocery, restaurants, and activities is what truly sealed the deal on location.
