Waterview Suite Balcony, Heated Pool & near Beach

Summary:
Welcome to the Boho Suite, a boutique condo located at the Coral Resort on the intracoastal side of Clearwater Beach. Coral Resort is a historic hotel, modernized with luxury amenities such as a year-round heated pool, open courtyard with BBQ grills, a private fishing dock, Free WIFI, on-site coin laundry, and 24/7 views of dolphins, manatees, and sea birds! It's only a 3 minute walk to the beach. Restaurants, bars, cafes, ice cream, and even the beach are a super short walk! Free parking!

The Space:
NOTE: Please note that due to ongoing hurricane repairs, the pool and laundry facilities may be unavailable during your stay. Additionally, there will be active construction on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to restore Coral Resort.

*** Note, a digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This includes providing a photo ID and verification selfie. A small rules agreement will also be presented for signature at check-in

*** Towels, linens, beach supplies (chairs, towels, umbrella), coffee, and bath & hand soap are provided

The Boho Seaside is our unit B-4, a studio suite (240sqft) with direct views of the intracoastal waterway and a balcony (standing room only)! The open layout presents a lot of space and plenty of sunlight! Please be aware that while the sunlight and views may help make the unit feel larger, it is a studio with a full bed and can only accommodate up to 2 people.

PLEASE NOTE:
- The toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee if provided should last 3-5 days depending on consumption. Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot guarantee anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies!
- PESTS: While we regularly treat all of our homes for pests, it’s not uncommon to see pests because of the heat including cockroaches, ants, and spiders. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for this, though we’re happy to come by as soon as possible if pests are spotted.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire suite and the resort including its amenities.

Parking is free and included with the stay. Guests must retrieve their parking pass at the front desk.

WIFI is included with the stay. WIFI information is provided at the front.

There is on-site laundry, it is coin operated.

*** PLEASE NOTE: Due to the impact of hurricanes Helene and Milton in October, we are still completing some repair work on the property during weekdays, primarily during daytime hours. Additionally, the pool is currently out of service.

The Neighborhood:
Coral Resort is on Clearwater Beach. The immediate area is restaurants, cafes, boutique stores, and coffee shops! It's a 2 min. walk to the beach!

Getting Around:
Everything is walkable.

Other Things to Note:
This page is a private page and was not set up by the resort itself. We're a third party property manager representing a number of units at the resort, but not ALL of the units. Therefore, if you have an issue with the resort, a neighboring unit or another guest, please report it to us AND the on-site manager. We also have direct communication so we'll make sure you get the fastest help possible!

The Coral Resort is a boutique resort, and so some of their services reflect the smaller operation! This means their on-site manager is only available during normal business hours, and requests outside these hours may take sometime.

Also, please note these condos are individually owned meaning small aspects of your experience may vary unit to unit including, but not limited to, supplies, design, in-suite amenities, etc. Please be mindful of this.

Interaction with Guests:
The balcony is shared with the neighboring unit. There are 20+ units on-site and the amenities are shared amongst them so guest interaction is likely.

We have an on-site property manager, Amy. She is available during normal business hours to help with anything.

We also have 24/7 guest service. While we monitor these chats, for fastest service we strongly recommending texting our 813 concierge number.
