The perfect trip! I can't say enough about our stay. The house is amazing! Everything you can wish for is there. The host does a wonderful job and her communication is top notch. Beautiful, clean and comfortable!! This house is stocked with everything you could ever want to have a perfect family vacation. The heated pool, the large backyard with a view and many extras made this a very special week.

The house was as described. It was clean. Clean linens and plenty of towels. A few minor issues but PJ was prompt in taking care of everything. The house manager came to fix a pool heater issue right away and delivered beach passes. All in all it was a wonderful weekend and I would return. My husband’s birthday celebration was a big success. The kids had fun swimming even tho the weather wasn’t perfect. It was windy and perfect for kite flying on the big lawn. Thank you PJ for everything. Beth

Best house rental experience to date. House way better than photos

There are really no words to describe the degree to which this rental exceeded our high expectations. First off, the owner/manager is the most accommodating and most communicative of any house we have rented in the past 10-yrs. the house itself is significantly nicer than it shows in photos. Views of the not so distant ocean across the street and over the tree line are nothing short of spectacular from the house and yard. The house was beyond immaculate and we are clean freaks. Everything you could imagine wanting from kitchenware to kids toys and sporting goods (age 2-18) is stocked throughout the house, garage, and yard. Very little of this is shown in the property description. You can easily walk across the street (2min away) to one of the best beaches in the Hamptons at Gurneys. The house is equally perfect for multiple couples or families with kids. Our kids are begging us to re-rent the house next year which we 100% will if back in Montauk. 5-stars not enough to show our appreciation for the rental.

Amazing Property

My family of five recently rented this home in Montauk, NY. The home is beautifully decorated and well appointed with all of the amenities you would like to feel at home. We absolutely loved the layout of the house. There was plenty of room for my three young children, my parents and our siblings. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and each has its own ensuite bathroom. The upstairs bedrooms have views of the ocean. The backyard is absolutely amazing. The view of the ocean is beautiful. The pool is in close proximity to the house and patio. The grassy lawn is the ideal set up for all of the sports and games our children wanted to play - soccer, wiffle ball, races, etc. There is also a swing set for the kids to play on in the front of the house. The private beach pass that is included with the rental was a highlight of our trip. The beach was so quiet and only had a handful of other families. The outdoor shower in the backyard made it very convenient to bathe the kids after the beach. We would definitely rent this house again and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to recharge and relax in a beautiful setting.

Ocean view perfection

Spectacular home accompanied by spectacular views ... and a gracious host! No detail was overlooked in furnishing the house, which balances comfort with luxury. Five en-suite bedrooms with exquisite linens. Basement game room with toys for kids of all ages. Incredibly well-equipped kitchen (it even has an espresso maker!). Gorgeous ocean-view terrace with an awning for sunny mornings. And all within easy driving distance of Amagansett, East Hampton, and Montauk. We hated to leave, but look forward to coming back again if PJ and her family will have us!

Great summer rental

We had a family reunion with elderly grandparents and teens. There was space for everyone and great facilities. The grounds and pool are lovely and the location and ocean views spectacular. The house Is in agreat location for both going to town and for privacy. The appointments and decor are all top notch. The solar element was also very appealing re being environmentally friendly which seemed so in keeping with the locale. The house was very complete in all respects. It was definitely a place we would go back to for sure.

Amazing Property, Wonderful Vacation

We had an amazing vacation with our family at this property. The home is absolutely magnificent with breathtaking views from every room. Our children loved playing on the swing set, swimming in the pool, running around in the huge yard and roasting s'mores in the fire pit. We loved the relaxing by the pool with the sound of the ocean in the background and cooking dinners in the spacious and well equipped kitchen. The location is also perfect...a very short drive or bike ride to the town of Montauk and all the amazing dining options in the area. It was truly a vacation to remember.

Amazing, gorgeous property! HIGHLY recommend!

We LOVED this house! Open layout, massive yard with pool and playground. So clean and so well decorated. Helpful, friendly owners. Near to everything "out East" has to offer yet feels completely private and exclusive.

Beautiful home!

We had a wonderful time at this property. The kitchen is huge with vast, sweeping views which allowed us to relax, cook and enjoy the ocean every evening. All of the common areas are large and comfortably appointed with lots of small luxurious touches.
