The accommodations were very clean and fresh linens. I was delighted to select a perfect pillow for me! thin, medium, thick!! The host was soo good about answering my questions quickly!! Easy access, no touchy!! independent I like that! We super enjoyed the location close to Dallas downtown - lots to do,, good eats, outside venues! so much to see!! I am country mouse, and felt totally safe, valet parking and secure building!!

Awesome place!

Really nice place to stay! Easy to get everything downtown. The pictures are accurate to the view. Valet was easy and convenient too. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for the weekend and had no issues! Christopher was very quick to reply and helped us with anything we needed!

Spacious and convenient

A good place to stay for access to the Convention center. Easy walk to the convention. Lots of space and fun for the kids. A bit noisy and bright at night but overall a good stay. Christopher and his team are very communicative and accommodating!

Downtown Condo

Beautiful Condo. Great location downtown. In town for a Volleyball tournament at the convention center. Perfect location to walk to convention center. It is downtown with lots of homeless people in the area but we had no problems at all. Easy check-in and host was very responsive to questions.

Great place to stay downtown!

Overall we had a great stay. You can definitely tell a lot of people smoke in the building. The hallways weren't pleasant smelling but the apartment itself was good. The beds were good and there was plenty of room for our other friends that came to join in the fun. Had a wonderful stay and visit to the State Fair and Majestic Theater. Definitely would recommend this place if you need to stay downtown. Super early to Uber to and from and valet parking was nice as well. Thanks for hosting us.

Good place to lay your head

Christopher was a great communicator. My only issue/concern is the amount of homeless people in the area and the constant people walking in and out of this building. Other than that, everything was fine.

Hi Korey, thank you for writing a review here. Rest assured this building is safe with 24/7 maintenance and security. Given there's a high amount of VRBO properties in this building, naturally there's going to be people constantly walking in and out... hopefully future guests reading this can understand there really aren't any issues here.

Very cool place

This property is super cool. Right in the heart of downtown Dallas and near everything. Quick Ubers to anywhere you need to go, and the valet can have your vehicle ready at the drop of a hat. The rooms are nice and roomy, tall ceilings, with a very art studio kind of vibe to it. The inside is furnished perfectly for a group, the doors and walls are thick so you have privacy in every room, and TVs everywhere for entertainment. Kitchen has everything you need, beds are comfy, and the air circulates nicely. Tips: bring your own fire stick or Apple TV if you need to entertain kids, yourself, or have some sports you need to watch. One of the bedroom TVs is locked down with an Amazon code so you can’t download any apps. Remember, you’re DOWNTOWN. If you can’t handle the culture of a downtown area then don’t complain about it. Keep your eyes open at night if you’re walking around. It’s not dangerous imo at all. Just be smart. If you checkout on a Sunday, do it early. The elevators can be a pain with everyone leaving, especially if one is out of service. It took us 40 min to catch an open elevator.

If you don’t mind being around alot of people, you’ll probably like this stay more than I did. There is no public parking your only option is to valet. The valet is free to guests however, the valet employees and the area you’re staying in is pretty sketchy. I was not comfortable with my keys to anyone to park me so I risked getting a ticket to park comfortably. There is street parking available but you have to pay throughout the week and you have to be moved at 7am or you get a ticket. I didn’t care for the loft because the had a funny smell. There’s 1 working elevator out of 3 so you either have to take the stairs to get to your loft or pack in the elevator with a lot of randoms. After seeing the loft, if I could have, I would’ve gotten a full refund and went somewhere else. I voiced my complaints to the host and was hung up on. This is not an ideal stay for a family, more like college kids who are use to dorm rooms.

An amazing trip for our family. The house couldn’t have worked out better. The golf cart was a great addition to help get around town. Pool was very nice and warm. Only issue we had was the trash pick up. I contacted the host and it was taken care of within a day. Depending on time of year the parking for the beach can be an absolute disaster. Get up early and go set your stuff up. No ramp, stairs only to get down with your things. But it’s worth every calorie spent! Thanks for having us!
