Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to get around the Coachella Valley, and there is parking for up to four vehicles at the home - two in the garage and two in the driveway. Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) is roughly a 30-minute drive. Ride-sharing services operate throughout Indio and the surrounding area. Within Indian Palms Country Club itself, the golf course, fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts and the community pool are all a short walk or golf-cart ride away.

Please note that we require all guests to sign a liability waiver to stay in the home. This is a requirement of our insurance provider.



★ Does the property have a private pool or spa? ★

Yes - the home has a private pool and hot tub for the exclusive use of guests. The pool can be heated to a maximum of 82°F, which is a comfortable swimming temperature rather than spa-hot. Please note the pool and hot tub are not gated or locked, so children should be supervised at all times. Guests can also use the community pool and hot tub, open 7:00am to 10:00pm Sunday to Thursday and 7:00am to 11:00pm Friday and Saturday - the HOA can adjust these hours, so please check the times posted during your stay.



★ What are the additional fees? ★

Pool heating is $60 per day, capped at $1,000 per month, and needs at least 24 hours' notice so we can check the system before you arrive. Spa heating is complimentary. Pets under 50 lbs are $150.



★ What is the parking situation? ★

There is parking for up to four vehicles - two in the garage and two in the driveway. The HOA does not allow street parking.



★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★

Yes - pets under 50 lbs are welcome for a $150 fee.



★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★

Yes - community quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.



★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★

We are no longer able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If you would like extra time at the start or end of your stay, please book the night before or the night after - that way the home is yours for the whole day and there is no rush at either end.



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the number posted on the listing. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We require contact details for all adults staying at the property.



★ Is this a good property for events or celebrations? ★

No. Indian Palms Country Club is a residential gated community and parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay will love the home and the neighbourhood.



★ What supplies are provided? ★

We provide roughly a week's worth of essentials to get you started - toiletries, paper goods and basic cleaning supplies. For longer stays, or if you get through them sooner, you're welcome to top up with whatever you prefer.



The pool is professionally cleaned twice a week. Due to occasional desert sandstorms, you may notice some sand or debris between scheduled cleanings. A small pool vacuum is provided for guest use if you'd like to freshen up the pool between professional service visits.

NON-SMOKING POLICY: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property or on the premises, including the garden and outdoor areas. If you wish to smoke, please do so on the street, away from the house.
