Pool heating is $60/day with 24 hours' notice (capped $1,000/month, max 82F); spa heating is free.

The pool is professionally cleaned twice a week. Due to occasional desert sandstorms, you may notice some sand or debris between scheduled cleanings. A small pool vacuum is provided for guest use if you'd like to freshen up the pool between professional service visits.



Pets under 50 lbs are welcome for $150.



Guests have access to the community pool and hot tub. These facilities are available exclusively to guests staying within the community. Community pool hours are 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM (Sunday–Thursday) and 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM (Friday–Saturday). Please note that hours may be adjusted by the HOA, so we recommend confirming the posted hours during your stay.



Parking for up to four (2 garage, 2 driveway); no street parking per HOA.



Quiet hours 10pm to 8am.



Early check-in or late check-out (up to 2 hours) available for $75, subject to availability
