The condo was perfect for three couples. The beds were comfortable. The master bath shower was a little dirty. We cleaned it up and it was fine. Just a note that there are not curtains in the living room going out to the balcony and only shades on the windows. The sun does get really warm coming in there in the afternoons. Other than those couple of things the unit was great and the communication with the rental company was great. We would definitely stay again.

It is a wonderful property with a beautiful view but it was not very clean. The floors especially in the dining room were very dirty as are the dining room chairs. The upholstery needs a deep cleaning. Showers have mold in them and the pillows are very flat. Other than that it was lovely. A good deep cleaning will go a long way.

Small family reunion of 5 adults & 3 kids staying in the condo. We all had plenty of room and comfortable beds for everyone. Parking was covered and accessible. Being able to enjoy the beach and then the pool (there are 2 pools and a splash pad!) was great. Kids had so much fun at both. Condo is a 10 min. walk from Old Bay Steamer - great dinner and also a fresh seafood market. The A/C worked great. We've stayed on this beach before and enjoy that it's not too crowded but still close to all that Destin offers. This was a splurge for us and it was definitely worth it! So much fun - would definitely return to this condo for another reunion.

This is a lovely unit which is well appointed and has a wonderful selection of seats on the balcony and in the den area. The unit is aging and could use some updating. The mattresses are acceptable but could be better. More towels are needed in the unit. Bar stools would have been nice. A minor suggestion is to add a pizza cutter to utensils. The pools and waterfall are perfect for the kids. The walkway to the beach makes for easy access. We did utilize the free beach chair and umbrella setup and enjoyed it. The only beach negative is being adjacent to the public beach. Theee parking spots should be allocated for four bedroom units. The host was wonderful at communication which we greatly appreciated. Overall we highly recommend and would consider staying at this unit again.

First time to Destin

Overall we loved the condo. It’s updated and very roomy! The oceanfront views were incredible. This unit is on the top corner, we never heard a peep from any neighbors. Will say the condominium could use more parking and the elevators are super slow and not ventilated so pretty hot. Otherwise it was lovely and the hosts were always immediately responsive to any questions we had. Would stay again

We loved this condo! They were renovating the exterior during our stay and we were made aware of this before arriving. We arrived on Saturday and the air conditioning was not working on Sunday, however the repairman came the same day and fixed it! The dishwasher did not work. The first repairman said it needed a water pump or replaced. A different repairman came in Friday and said he would have to submit the issue and get approval. The condo was very spacious for our family of 10! The kitchen had enough supplies for cooking, yet could use an air fryer, crock pot, and wood utensils for the teflon pans. We didn’t have rain until the last day of our stay and when we got the puzzles out they were all missing many pieces - probably time to toss them and get some new ones. The internet struggles to stay connected but worked ok. The elevators are super slow and have no air circulation. The two pools, splash park, and hot tub were all great! The beach access was perfect. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would book again!

Thank you for the thoughtful review. I’m glad the exterior work was communicated ahead of time and that the A/C was repaired the same day. I’m sorry about the dishwasher and the internet struggles, maintenance has been informed and we’re working with our vendors to get both fully resolved. I appreciate the notes about extra kitchen items, wooden utensils, and the puzzles; I’ll pass those along to the owners/housekeeping for restocking and replacement. Happy you enjoyed the pools, splash park, hot tub, and beach access. We’d love to host you again.

While booking it did say completely redesigned but further down in the description mentioned construction would be going on. I would have never assumed to the degree that it was. We had a Oceanside view but two of the days were completely blacked out so they could work on the balcony. Also the day prior they called saying they needed all the furniture off the balcony and stored in our condo. Due to the size of our party that was not an option and they were able to relocate it somewhere else. Walking around on our floor was a nightmare for any age as there were extension cords, jackhammers, reciprocating saws, and chunks of caulking laying out everywhere. The crews did their best to move stuff out of the way as we walked but a major inconvenience. The noise made it unbearable to be in the condo from basically 9am until 4. The rating of a 3 is solely due to the degree of construction going on. I would put it lower but they did mention construction.
