Joy and Jill's condo was the perfect place for my stay! Everything is so nicely designed and updated. I think this is the perfect location to walk to nearby dining, shops, and entertainment - and of course the beach. They provide thorough details in advance of check-in and made my visit so easy. I hope to return for another stay!

Wonderful hosts with excellent accommodations.

Joy and Jill provided a very cozy condo with plenty of accommodations to make you feel like you are home away from home. The access to the beach and shopping were also wonderful. We were very pleased with our stay along with the consistent communication with the hosts to ensure our stay is to our satisfaction!

We had a wonderful stay at Coligny Charm! While our unit didn’t have a beach view, the location more than made up for it. The pool and beach access were great, and everything we needed—shops, restaurants, and activities—was within easy walking distance. Our host was fantastic with communication and made everything seamless. The condo was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with helpful items and a welcoming touch that made us feel right at home.We truly enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again!

Overall our stay was great. We did have a some feedback about the cleanliness of the space (a company does the cleaning) and communicated that with the host. The hosts were gracious and kind in their reply, remedied the situation for us, and included a plan for how the cleaning issues will be addressed moving forward (switching cleaning companies). The location was great, the pool was very nice, and easy access to the beach. Parking was available even during a busy season and the security guards were all very kind. We did use both the pull out mattress and the bed. The pull out was pretty comfortable (for a couch bed). It seemed to be an upgraded memory foam mattress. I will say my husband who is heavier would not have had a great time on it (he just used the full bed instead) but for me and our child it was just fine.
