Construction Notice: Major building construction will take place from August through December. During this time, there will be increased noise, workers on-site, and heavy machinery operating throughout the property.

This is a super cute, good size beach condo on the calmer end of NSB right next to the last beach driving access and the public parking lot with a playground. Easy walk to the pool and the beach! A big concern for us was the safety of the front open out door, there was no additional lock besides the deadbolt with the # code on the outside.

Great location away from the Hype

This was a darling one Bedroom condo with 1 bath a full kitchen. Looked like it had been completely remodeled in the last few years. Except for the patio door which the lock was broke on and it had no rail pole for protection so our door was open to the public the whole time we were there. When we got there, there was no toilet paper or extra rolls so we had to go out first thing, then the light in the Bathroom blew out and I just left that as there were no extra light bulbs. Then we couldnt get the TV to work so I called Spectrum which was the service used and asked tech support to walk me thru the remote, he came to the conclusion that the remote was malfunctioning. He couldnt get the tv on either. so he told us to get on our hands and knees and control it from the cable box. My 75 yr old husband who has had both knees replaced and two major back surgeries did just that. He wasnt real happy tho. And the kicker.....The refrigerator went out and we had no refrigerator. we walked by the office 10 times as it was where our car was parked, no one was there the whole week. We could could get the Mgtmt Co on the phone but on Wednesday we saw a Maintenance man on property and he came by and stayed an hour working on it but couldnt fix it He said he would report it to Mgr right away and they would either call a repair service or have it replaced Today. When we left we still had no refrigerator and all the sandwich and convience foods I bought ruined. We wont be back to that unit..

Dear Kathy I am so sorry you had some negative experiences during your stay regarding your stay at Chateau by the Sea 11B. I have gone back and reviewed all communication from you for that week and other then the fridge door not being able to close on your second last night it doesn't look like you communicated any issues to us, despite us sending an email asking if everything was okay on 11/18. The office on property services the homeowner's association not the rental units. Per our check-in instructions and signage on the fridge we are a phone call/ text or email away 7 days a week. I certainly hope we have a chance to host you again in the near future and make it up to you. All the very best! Kind regards NSBRT
