Great Stay!

Reviewer Comments: My family and I enjoyed a wonderful vacation at “How Sweet It Is!” It is a beautiful home and has space for everyone to have privacy and to enjoy time together! The home was clean— impeccable! The back yard with the pool and bar, right on the inlet, was my favorite space! The old oak tree provided the perfect amount of shade! The neighbors were super nice! I highly recommend this home for a family vacation!

It felt luxurious yet comfortable—would definitely stay again. Hosting our Rehearsal dinner there is even more special. We are so happy and loved every minute of it!

Perfect Vacation Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family, 5 adults and 2 kids, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at How Sweet It Is. We've been going to the Garden City/Surfside/Murrells Inlet/Pawleys Island area since 1972 and this house was by far the best. The house and groundd were very clean and for once I didn't feel like I had to clean it before moving in. Very spacious with everyone being able to have their own space. The pool and covered dock was wonderful. We enjoyed swimming and fishing each day. If I had to find a downside I would say it's a bit pricey and you have to drive over to the beach, but I knew this when I booked it. Overall a great place to stay. Highly recommend. Oh! There's also an elevator!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was amazing. We had a total of 8 adults and 5 kids and the house had plenty of room. I love that they have extra refrigerators. The dock was so peaceful. While fishing on the dock, we were able to feed an alligator. The pool was so great(lots of time spent there)! The size of the rooms were perfect! It was very clean and in a great area. I am hoping to rent this home again in the near future. My husband was even fortunate enough to enjoy a conversation with the neighbor (who is a permanent resident)!
