Etiana's Place II Cozy Studio - 10 min walk to the most beautiful beach.

Etiana’s is located on “Little Hill” in the Middle of San Andres to the east. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood.
The view from Sun Deck dominates the Harbor offering breathtaking Scenic view of The Cays and the colorful 7 seas.

Please note that the Internet WIFI is not that strong enough for workload such as upload and download of big files. However; You will able to check and send e-mail ,WhatsApp and Messenger text as well some browsing.

Please note that you have to climb two staircases to get to the Apt since it’s on the third floor.
But the reward will be great since you will have one of the Best views of the Island.
The space
The Studio is very specious and easy to get around. TV, Fridge, Microwave, Toaster, kettle, Air Condition.
Step outside to the Sun Deck and enjoy the cool breeze and Panorama. At night Stargazing is awesome. Please note; No Radio, Speakers or Boom Box are allowed. This is a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all and we like to conserve it like that for all to enjoy.

Guest access
Sun Deck Terrace. This space is shared with the Owner of establishment. But pretty much of the time you will be alone on the Sundeck.

Other things to note
Etiana's Place is strictly a nonsmoking establishment and since we maintain a clean and healthy environment, we welcome guests that share these initiatives. Please note; No Radio, Speakers or Boom Box are allowed.
