Our family stayed at this property over Thanksgiving, and it was absolutely perfect! The beach was great! It had a little lagoon that was about knee deep with no waves, which was great for the young kids to play in. The pool was great and all the rooms were super! Judy, the House Manager and her team were all great! Very responsive and very helpful!

The house was perfect for our friend trip. We came by boat and kept it at Exuma Yacht Club. We went to Santanna's for drinks and conch, we went to Chat N Chill and then explored some bars by EYC. The house was perfect to come home to and float in the pool and beach. We also went Kayaking a saw a few turtles and bone fish int he water!

Family Getaway

A beautiful house that was well equipped. The house is about 40 min from the airport but is in a great, quiet location. I had my adult children and 1 year old grand baby. The sandbar area is perfect for children to play. The pool area is nice with the tanning ledge. The host was very responsive. We hope to return in the future.

Amazing house

If I could give six stars I would. The house was beautiful, the host was super helpful and the beach was amazing. Could not ask for a better experience. The house is in the perfect location; right on the beach with tons of water activities like floaties, kayaks and a pool overlooking the water. The house is super clean with all of the supplies you would need in the kitchen and in the washrooms. Overall an amazing stay and I will definitely be booking again!

The best location on the island!

It was a pleasure to be one of the first people staying at this new incredible house! The property surrounded by the most amazing sandbar that has a natural lazy river, and always perfectly calm. The owner thought of everything and the house was very well equipped. We've already booked to come back again in November! If you want A nice private location with amazing beachfront for family and kids. This is your spot! Close to some great restaurants and they have an amazing property manager who is most helpful. Thanks for sharing your home with us. Can't wait to make it back.

An Amazing Experience - 10/10!!!

C-Side Estate was absolutely spectacular! My friends and I spent a week here and had the most incredible time. The property is stunning, and the house is thoughtfully designed with everything you could possibly need and more. The kitchen is very spacious and equipped with modern appliances that made cooking at the property easy and fun. There is also a large dining table that was perfect for our group dinners at the house.We loved lounging by the pool and enjoying the easy access to the secluded beach. One of the highlights was kayaking along the natural lazy river, with the host generously providing the kayaks! Clark, the host, was exceptional. He was always responsive, attentive, and eager to ensure our stay was perfect. This is one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed at, and we will definitely be returning. An unforgettable experience!

One of the best houses I’ve ever stayed at!!

When I first initially contacted the host to rent his house he immediately got back to me and answered all the questions i had. He helped my family and I plan excursions for our trip and went out of his way to make sure that we had all of the hot spots in Exuma planned. Not only was he very responsive but the house itself was beautiful!! The layout of the house was so well thought of and it was a very comfortable home to be in. The AC worked really well and the location of the home was perfect. We literally had the beach right in front of us where we could swim in the ocean and float down the lazy river and then swam in the pool after to cool down. We’re so happy we picked C side and the host did an incredible job making sure we had a great time. We’re already booked again for next year! Thank you everyone that made our trip so memorable!

Beautiful stay in Little Exuma

Beautiful house in Little Exuma right on the water in a little cove, which makes a natural lazy river and blocks the ocean so on the windy days it is always nice and calm and shallow. The house itself is amazing as we got to be some of the first guest to stay in the brand new build. The host made it super easy for us to check in and out. He helped us with all of our needs by setting up chefs for dinner getting us in touch with people to take us on the boat going to Stocking Island and the Coconut club where we spent much time enjoying the warm weather and beautiful beaches. We will 100% be coming back next year and we’ll make this an annual event. C-side is the only place we would want to stay on the island and can’t wait to be back. The island itself is gorgeous and felt very safe no matter where we went with all of the food and restaurants on the island being delicious as well. Thank you for making our first day such a memorable one that will last us the rest of our lives.

Hello! My name is Clark Hiebert, I am from Oakville, Ontario Canada. I am so happy to hopefully have you here at my home in Little Exuma! Like most, I first visited the island on vacation with my family when I was 13 years old. I instantly fell in love with how naturally beautiful and remote this secret getaway is. I hoped Lord willing I would build a home here one day. . . Thankfully I have been able to do so 10 years later! ‘C side Estate’ was completed on September 25th 2024. I hope you enjoy the island as much as I do. Please explore all the secret spots and make the most of every day here. When you get out there, it will not disappoint. Some of my favourite spots include Wednesday night sushi at the yacht club, a couple beers at the Coconut Club, and taking a day trip to go see the pigs and sharks!

What makes my property unique is the amazing shallow sand bar. Family's tend to love it with younger children. Our home is steps away from a shallow lazy river the naturally drifts right out into the ocean. It is truly one of a kind. Another thing that tends to bring guests back to our home is how prepared we are. Let me explain, from private chefs to rental cars, groceries, boat tours, and much more. Booking with us means you have access to our on call property manager Judy! She lives on island and can set up what ever you would like to arrange. "C side Estate" is extremely special and we hope we can share it with you.
