Velkommen til vores smukke Paradise Found Villa beliggende på øen Great Exuma, Bahamas. Placeringen af denne villa giver en storslået udsigt over Elizabeth Harbour, Stocking Island, Jolly Hall og offshore cays lige ud af din hoveddør. Udsigt over vand og strand fra gårdhaven, stuen og soveværelset.

Paradise Found er perfekt til par, venner eller en familie, der ønsker ekstra plads med tre soveværelser og to og et halvt badeværelse. Villaen har mange ekstraudstyr, herunder et komplet køkken, internet, 3-fladskærms-tv, dvd-afspiller med filmbibliotek, brætspil, bøger, gasgrill, privat fortøjningskugle og strandtilbehør der inkluderer 3 kajakker, padlebræt, isbryst og vandlegetøj. Vores villa har over 1800 kvadratmeter udendørs opholdsrum med en lukket afskærmet terrasse og udendørs bruser. Paradise Found er udstyret med faciliteter til at sikre, at du har hjemmets komfort på din ferie.

Vi er få skridt fra det uberørte klare vand i Elizabeth Harbour og Jolly Hall. Du kan svømme, fiske og finde god snorkling lige foran Paradise Found Villa. Nyd den spektakulære udsigt, mens du sidder på terrassen eller i det sandede solbadningsområde. Herfra kan du se på lejlighedsvis delfin, havskildpadde, stingray svømme forbi eller en af de mange havfugle flyver over hovedet. En halv mil gåtur eller en kort køretur fra villaen finder du en fantastisk aflukket strand i Jolly Hall og også en kort køretur er Hooper's Bay strand. Svøm i det turkisblå vand, solbad på den hvide sandstrand, find søstjerner og sanddollar lige ud for kysten. I Hooper's Bay kan du snorkle og se mange havskildpadder.

Du vil finde mange offshore cays at udforske ved at leje din egen båd eller ved at tage en tur. Der er en god knogelfiskeri, kajak-ture i Moriah Harbor National Park eller tage en spændende tur op i bjergene for at se svømmegrisene. Du vil opdage, hvorfor Pirates of the Caribbean og Johnny Depp valgte at filme og købe på disse uberørte cays.

It's got EVERYTHING! Loaded up with home/kitchen amenities like no house we stayed in before. Plus the kayaks, water and beach gear, games, movies, books, coolers. Home is as pictured, beautiful, quiet and private. Excellent communication from the host. We really liked the central location. Short drive to Georgetown and reasonable drive to Little Exuma or Rolleville. I would not hesitate to book this house again. This was our first trip to Exuma but not our last. Be sure to rent a boat from Minns and visit stocking island( Saw and swam with dolphins one of 2 days.) Also a full day boat tour to the Thunderball grotto with Exuma watersports. Santana's great food, Splash was a great hangout, all the incredible beaches. Truly enjoyed our stay at Paradise Found and Exuma!!

The property was absolutely breathtaking—right on the waterfront with crystal-clear turquoise waters and stunning views in every direction.The villa was spacious, spotless, and perfectly equipped (A) for a group. The outdoor space was the highlight: the tiki bar was such a fun touch, the deck was perfect for lounging, and we loved having direct access to the water. It felt like our own private slice of paradise.Location-wise, it was ideal—close enough to explore local attractions and beaches, but also private enough to relax in peace. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was ready for our arrival.We’ve traveled to the Bahamas before, but this stay in Exuma was truly unforgettable. We would highly recommend Paradise Found Villa to anyone looking for a relaxing, and memorable getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed our stay at Paradise Found everything was easy from booking to check in. Home owner was very responsive with any questions. The location of this home is great. The view is amazing.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing. My entire family agrees that we could never imagine visiting Exuma again if not staying at Paradise Found house. Rachel and her husband Ed have stocked the house with everything you could imagine plus more. We cooked 4 dinners at the house and had everything we needed for this. We had pretty bad weather a couple of nights and easily found flashlights throughout the house that really came in handy for a card game night in the dark. Cleo and Angel were also very helpful with grocery shopping for us prior to our arrival and delivering more water when we were running low. Rachel responded to me via text throughout our stay answering any questions I had - she even tried to help me find new flights after ours were delayed, but we unfortunately arrived two days later than expected. Some of our best times had during our trip was taking full advantage of the location of the house and being able to enter the water right from the stairs leading down to the little beach area. The boys (18, 14, and 10) loved the paddle board and kayaks while my sister and I relaxed in the floats provided. Even on the “rougher” water days we were still able to safely enter the water and snorkel along the rocks. We saw so many different fish, starfish, and my nephew even found a little octopus!
My son is very adventurous and we enjoyed a hiking along the rocks out back.

Family Vacation

We had the best time at Paradise Found! The house is full of everything we needed and is beautiful! We couldn’t have been happier! Rachel was super responsive and available as needed for questions, etc.

The name says it all! Absolutely stunning property, all the extras included. Owner and property manager were both super friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend this villa for the location, comfort, privacy, and the most beautiful views and breezes you can imagine. 10/10

Truly a PARADISE FOUND :)

Stop searching and snag this place while you can! This incredible property is even more amazing in person. The location is centrally located on the main island with easy access to anything you might need, it is very private, and the surrounding property/views/water are breathtakingly beautiful. The house itself is well decorated with thoughtful touches everywhere, CLEAN, VERY COMFORTABLE and meticulously managed. The multiple decks, games and water toys were the icing on the cake. Everything you need to explore other beaches is available for you to use - beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler bag, ice blocks, snorkeling gear, beach towels, etc. There is nothing I can think of this property could improve upon. Communication with the host and property manager were effortless and check-in/check-out was a breeze. My family of 5 spent 6 glorious nights here and it felt like a home away from home haven as soon as we arrived. We successfully experienced almost everything the host recommended in terms of beaches to see and places to eat and everything was excellent! Our unexpected favorites turned out to be the Cocoplum Beach Cabana food shack (some of the best food we had on the island!) and the newly opened Coconut Club on Stocking Island (expensive food/drink but VERY fun experience).* note - while there are places within walking distance to the house you should definitely spend the extra money and rent a car. It will make your vacation significantly easier and you will experience more.

Beautiful stay in Exumas

Paradise Found was a perfect location for our family for the week. The location is central to the airport and George Town. The place is perfectly described and is clean and more spacious inside than the pictures make it seem. The outdoor patio area is beautiful with several areas to sit and play for the kids. It was perfect for our family.

Fabulous place!

This was our families 2nd trip to Exuma and we had another fabulous vacation! Once you open the door to this amazing property, you'll know you have "found paradise"! The home is spacious, well laid out, and comfortable. The patio and deck area was our favorite place to hang out. We couldn't get enough of the gorgeous view out front, especially the shades of blue Caribbean water! Be sure to get up early to take in the sunrises...they are breathtaking. It was fun to watch the sailboats and barges come in and out of the area. We snorkeled out front and to the left of the property. Since our flight was coming in late, we asked Cleo to get a few groceries to have there upon arrival. She and her gals are great! Rented a van for the 5 of us from Sure to Shore, they were awesome to work with. We drove to different beaches each day: Jolly Hall, Coco Plum, Exuma Point. Our favorite beach was Tropic of Cancer. It was super windy the day we were there, but fun to play in the huge waves. We had conch fritters and pina coladas from the beach bar. Yum! We did the full day Staniel Cay/Pigs excursion with Exuma Watersports. Definitely a highlight again! We grocery shopped at Exuma Markets and Smitty's and made most meals at the house. It is expensive to eat out (3 sushi rolls and 2 rounds of drinks 195). Chat 'N Chill was super disappointing. Conch bar was closed, lines were long, employees were rude and food was gross expensive. Next time, we'll try the Cocount Club.

We FOUND PARADISE!

Rachel & Ed are excellent hosts. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and great location close to beautiful beaches and the airport. We also greatly appreciated the cold AC in every room! Honestly the house has everything you need, including all the kitchen/grill things you’ll need for a dinner at home, kayaks, snorkel equipment, small private beach, loungers and plenty of beach towels. The hosts were very communicative before our arrival and provided us with all the recommendations for restaurants, private chefs, photographers, etc. You won’t regret staying at Paradise Found Villa!

Couldn't have been better!

We rented Paradise Found for a few nights during our stay in late June. The property, owners, and property manger exceeded our expectations! The location is secluded and quite, while still being conveniently located within a few minutes to grocery shopping, take-out food, restaurants, and many beautiful beaches. The centralized location makes trips to the northern part of the island, Little Exuma, and Georgetown quite convenient. The house is well appointed - kitchen is equipped with all you need to make meals, furniture and beds are comfortable, lots of beach towels and floats for enjoying the water. There are multiple outdoor seating options - my favorite places for escaping the June heat while enjoying the view was the ocean deck and Tiki Bar! You will check in and never want to leave!

Amazing vacation!!

Paradise Found is a wonderful home just north of Georgetown that has the most beautiful water right outside the door. We found this house was perfect in everyway. If you never wanted to leave home, you had floats and kayaks to explore. The snorkeling from just walking into the water was amazing. This house is in a perfect location to drive and explore the island in either direction, north or south. Exuma is a beautiful island. We will definitely be planning another trip here.

Made fun memories - beautiful property

We had the best time this week! The house was better than described - when we rent in USA, the spices and condiments are all gone. This place had everything we needed! That is such a small thing to mention, but loved it. Cleo, the house manager, is the sweetest and very responsive. Rachel, the owner, is the same. We had everything we needed. We made so many memories here! The property was large enough that even though we had two families, there was plenty of space for everyone inside and out.

Perfect stay

We had a great stay at Paradise Found. Rachel was great to work with. House is exactly as described. Super clean and well stocked. The outdoor area is great for lounging day and night. Access to the water was a huge plus for cooling off plunge. There’s a beach just to your left about a five min kayak ride as well. Would definitely come back with a group.

Awesome in every way!

1. Paradise fond was exactly as described. It's a great home in a great location. Located between the airport and George Town it was convenient to both. A really nice, little grocery store was just a short walk away (about 10 min). 2. The property was well stocked with 2 grills, and the tiki bar was really cool. There were plenty of beach toys and games. Don't underestimate the size of the patio. It's huge and was one of the best parts of the property. 3. Rachel, the property owner was probably the best part of the the whole experience. Without going into a lot of detail, she went beyond the call of duty. She basically rescued three weary sailors on arrival. She also was proactive in guiding us on what me might do. 4. If I had to nitpick, not having a beach there was a little downer but with beautiful, world class beaches just down and up the road made this really insignificant. Plus, it's always more fun to venture out and explore. In summary, I would definitely visit Paradise Found again. I can't wait to get back ASAP!

Amazing outside living space

Wonderful family vacation home. Beautiful views, central location to beaches, restaurants, boat rentals and groceries. Villa is perfect for a family. Grandson enjoyed the large sandbox giving relaxation to mom and dad at the end of a beach day. Island is so family friendly. Paradise Found truly is paradise.

Nice space and clean. Nice outdoor space and games for everyone. Well stocked kitchen and nice beds. Lots of restaurant locations near by - everyone is on island time so bring snacks :) All in all a great vacation.

Beautiful property

We went on a girls trip for my 45th birthday. The property and house was absolutely beautiful, the host and manger were very attentive and the driver gully was simply amazing and helpful. We would love to go back as a couples trip. The ocean right off the deck was invigorating and undescribable. We saw a song ready and a sea turtle right off the deck. The house has everything you could need for a pleasant stay.

Amazing!

This property is even more impressive than the photos! Our check-in and stay were flawless. I can't imagine having a better experience on Exuma.

After traveling in the Caribbean for several years, in 2006 we came across the peaceful and beautiful islands of the Exumas. Our family fell in love with the people and natural scenery of this Bahamian island and we have returning almost exclusively ever since. In 2017 we decided to make Exuma our permanent home away from home and purchased "Paradise Found". This secluded villa is nestled on 2.5 acres of coastline property and has spectacular views of Exuma's Elizabeth Harbor and Stocking Island. Our extended family enjoys the peaceful surroundings and we hope you do as well.

The home sits on 2 1/2 acres and has spectacular views of Elizabeth Harbor and Stocking Island from inside the home, on the large outdoor patio, and sandy lounging area. Walk down to the water and jump right in. It has a sandy bottom, and steps down to the water. Lounge and watch the sea life swim and the island birds fly by. Enjoy the early morning sunrise over Stocking Island while you enjoy your first cup of morning coffee or tea. Enjoy evenings of fun and relaxation at the villa Tiki Bar. It's said to be one of the best on the island. :)
