Very nice stay, clean and quiet. The hotel itself is outdated, but also clean. It has two large pools and 4 hot tubs, a dry sauna and a steam room. Management was very responsive, checking in was easy (the door was left unlocked by the cleaning crew for some reason, but we mentioned it to the manager). My only complaints are the coffee maker and toaster, both broken and we use both a lot. Coffee maker is not full size, but rather what they put inside a motel room without a kitchen. I feel like 20 spent on a full size Mr.Coffee from Walmart would be a good investment:) toaster is also a tiny one and missing the tray. Very limited amount of utensils, we had to run the dishwasher every day and hand wash those 5 forks and spoons. Everything else was wonderful, i am attaching photos as well. Thank you!

Great Location

The location was wonderful !!! Easy check in and check out , pretty quiet for the most part. The rooms were smaller than anticipated but it worked. I was not to pleased with the main bathroom as it was very small and very little water pressure . The Air-conditioner would cut off and set its temp back to 75, it was a very humid hot 4 days we were there . Walking in at check in was very warm, musky and took until after midnight to cool the place down to 70. The place was decent but could use better cleaning . Beds were comfortable including the pull out couch !! All in all we had a great vacation and couldn't ask for a better location !! Thank you for sharing your home with my family.

Family Spring Break

My family of 7 all fit into this two bedroom condo, and had a great time. The location was perfect for us: right on the beach with a balcony, plus the two pools for consistent sunlight. It was well worth the price, and I would gladly book this again!

Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend for Families

We stayed from June 23–30 with our kids, and overall, the experience was disappointing. The building itself is very outdated, and only one of the three elevators was working — with no signage or communication about the issue.The condo felt unclean on arrival. The floors seemed unswept, the unit stayed hot, and the kids’ bedding was damp and had a bad smell. While the host did respond and replaced the bedding, other issues were never addressed during our stay.The unit had several maintenance problems:Bathroom fan didn’t workShower head dripped constantlyBalcony door was very hard to open/closeToilet ran unless the handle was jiggledMissing blinds/curtains in the main bedroomFurniture (especially the couch) was extremely uncomfortableKitchen cookware was rusted and limitedStove was very old and rustedThe photos in the listing don’t reflect the current condition of the unit. Everything felt worn down, and there was noticeable moisture and rust throughout. We also couldn’t walk barefoot inside without our feet getting dirty — even after showering.If you're just staying a night or two and don’t plan to cook or spend much time indoors, it might be manageable. But for a family vacation or longer stay, I wouldn’t recommend this unit. Unfortunately, we won’t be booking here again.

Great value!

We had a good stay here and I’ll start with the pros: it is oceanfront with a decent ocean view from the balcony that feels pretty private because of the building’s design. The room was very spacious and child friendly. There weren’t many breakable items at low level and nothing was so nice you didn’t want kids near it. The room itself was well kept and beds were clean. The resort has pools, hot tubs, steam room and sauna. The beach was just steps away and you didn’t have to worry about crossing any roads. Cons: the building is a bit dated inside and all the units are individually owned. While the unit and common areas are non smoking enough of the other units are smoked in that the smell permeates to the common areas. If you’re sensitive to the smell this might not be for you. The pool gets a bit crowded and looked pretty dirty in the morning.
