- This home has an open swimming pool (with no fence) accessible via the second sitting room.

- There is parking for two cars in the garage of the home and two additional cars in the driveway. There is also unrestricted street parking.

Other Things to Note:
- There is no wardrobe available to guests in the second and third bedroom so we will provide a hanging rail for clothing storage.
- The pool at this home is not heated, however, the hot tub is. The pool can be heated for an additional cost of $125/day. Must be for all days of booking inclusive.
