Spansk villa med egen privat pool omgivet af en tropisk have. Vores hjem sover 6 personer og ligger i et roligt beboelsesområde på kun 3 minutters kørsel fra de bedste strande fra Aruba.

Stuen har et højt træloft og har en komfortabel sofa, fladskærms-tv, spisebord, fuldt udstyret køkken med 4 kogeplader, ovn, mikroovn, opvaskemaskine og stort køleskab.
Mesterbedret har eget badeværelse og to mindre soveværelser, der deler et andet badeværelse.
I stuen, entreen og mesterværelset finder du dobbeltdøre, som du kan åbne op til baghaven.
Alle værelser er aircondition (med fjernbetjening) og der er gratis WIFI i hele villaen.

Baghaven har en forfriskende, privat freeform pool på ca. 7m. x 3m. med en max. dybde på 1. 50m, som kan belyses om natten. Desuden kan du nyde udendørs bruser og lounge senge under palapa. Der er et udvidet tag, der giver patio-spisestue og bbq område nok skygge. Foran hjemmet finder du en hyggelig frontporch med siddeområde og plads til at parkere din bil.

Den komplette villa er nyindrettet og indrettet; de nye møbler omfatter nye senge, en ny sofa og et nyt spisesæt.

Ved siden af ​​hjemmet udlejer vi to studios, som (hvis de er ledige) kan lejes sammen med huset. Hvert studio sover 2 personer og har eget køkken og badeværelse. Kontakt os for mere information om at leje ejendommen for op til 10 personer.

Great Stay at Tibushi 15

The neighbourhood where this property is located is quiet and removed from the crowds elsewhere on the island, something my wife and I loved. Property was great, clean and well-stocked for our stay. Pool area was great; no fighting for a palapa with others. A very relaxing vacation. Thank you Stella.

Great villa! Private pool and much more spacious than a hotel.

We loved this villa. The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths provided ample space for our family. We made many meals there and packed lunches for the beach. We did eat out a few times and driving in Aruba was simple. This is in a quiet residential neighborhood so a car is needed to get to the beaches and restaurants. We spent so much relaxing time by and in the pool during our stay. We would love to go back! It’s close to many North West beaches, short drive to the high rise hotels too if you want more action/excitement.

Thanksgiving family trip

This was our second stay at this property. The first time was amazing but the showers were (like in many places in the Caribbean) cold. They recently updated the showers and now all showers are as hot as you’d like. Neighborhood is great. Quiet but close enough to restaurants and beaches. It’s not huge but with 3 bedrooms perfect for our family of 4 with teenagers (WiFi is good!). We would definitely stay again!

Cottage near best snorkeling spots and beach (ARASHI) on island.

Property was just as advertised. Easy check in/out, clean, appointed with all needed to cook almost everything you need in kitchen, which was crucial for us as we prepared every breakfast and lunch and a couple of dinners at home. Small supermarket 2 min drive away, larger one 7 min away. We turned on tv once, so not important to us but it had some english stations. We like away from other tourists and crowds, but also close enough, 7 min. Drive for our adult kids to go to strip where hotels, bars, clubs, casinos are. Great stay! Thanks Alicia and Stella😊!

Decent stay

The house itself has a lot of potential, well equipped, close to beaches and we enjoyed our stay. However, it desperately needs a good cleaning, and maintenance. The shower in the ensuite bathroom doesn't drain. The toilets run all night. The floor is filthy. And the property manager came to the house one day while we were at the beach and didn't give us notice which was a little off putting.

Tears and tears

I was so sad to go. The place was amazing. Stella and Alicia were very accommodating. We are thankful to you for allowing us stay at Tibushi. It's close to everything fun. It's close to the local supermarket. It has a washing machine that we left detergent for the next guest. The close line is on the side of the house for the next guest to know. The best five days we've ever had in 15+years of marriage! Like I said... Tears...

Relaxing family vacation in Aruba

We were a 4 generation family group and wanted a place where we could relax and spend time together. The villa met our needs. The kitchen is very well stocked. The outdoor area has lots of different places to sit - sun and shade. There is a natural area behind the house so it is private and peaceful. The indoor living dining space is fairly small so a little crowded for all six of us but since we spent the majority of time outside not an issue. The pictures and description of the house are accurate. If you want to visit the beach or tourist attractions you will need a car for this location. Any questions we had were answered promptly. The owner and the local property manager were both very friendly and helpful.

20 yr anniversary trip

We had a great time in Aruba, and I think that the location of this property is very nice for families who prefer to be in a quiet setting (in comparison to roads with hotels and much activity). Very close to many beaches. We felt like we were a bit cramped with 6 people- 5 adult sized, but that also helped us get out and explore the island more. The listing is accurate in showing the space and sizes of the rooms, but the decor has changed and it feels like it may need some more comfortable couches (but again! inspired us to explore and not be hermits!), options for bedding, and shower drains that drained more quickly. We did not reach out to the owners or Alicia about anything during our stay, but I know that if something came up- it would have been handled swiftly and quickly. Thank you for offering a place to take our family to celebrate our 20yr anniversary- we saw much more of the island this time around!

Overpriced, antiquated unit

PRO's - Property manager is very responsive. Unit is clean. A/C is good. Washer is great. TV works well. Pool is cleaned weekly. Nice outdoor shower. Good location and close to beaches. Private backyard. Great closet space. The property manager was very accommodating in allowing us early access as we were already on the island staying at another unit nearby and we asked to drop off our luggage and fridge items.CON's - Kitchen and bathroom sinks do not have hot water so you have to boil water to do dishes or shave OR you have to run the dishwasher every day and risk going over your water allowance. This was an inconvenience for us because it was just 2 of us and we always do our dishes in the sink. We have been renting units for 10 years on the island and this is the first time a unit has not had hot water service in the faucets. No proper bed linens-the top sheet is a duvet cover that barely fits the mattress. Have to put your USED toilet paper in a garbage can! Broken beach chair that was never fixed/replaced during our 2 week stay.

We are very happy to hear that you enjoyed the cleanliness of our home and loved the private backyard with the pool and outdoor shower. We have a water heater in the showers of both bathrooms and in the kitchen we offer a dishwasher for your convenience. So far, we have never had any complaints about the cold water in the kitchen as most of our guests use the dishwasher during their stay. The water allowance during your stay is an average of our previous guests and is enough for regular use (which includes dishwasher use). The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the bed is made up with sheets that are the right size. Upon request, we will be happy to supply you with extra sheets and blankets if you prefer to use double bedding. In Aruba, the houses use individual sceptic tanks (there is no central, underground sewage system on the island). To avoid this from blocking, we kindly ask our guests not to throw toilet paper into the toilets. This is common and done this way in homes everywhere on Aruba. We have just renewed all our beach chairs, I am sorry that this wasn’t fixed during your stay. We hope you enjoyed your vacation on the island and thanks again for being our guest. Great option for visiting Aruba!

Celebrated a special anniversary and was our first time in Aruba. Won't be the last! Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Upon arrival the front door key was in a lockbox at the front door. You are greeted with a view of the pool/deck area when you walk in. The beds were comfortable although we only used one of the three bedrooms. A/C was ice cold when we used it. We didn't spend much time in the pool but really enjoyed the area in the back. We really preferred Arashi Beach which is a short drive away. We rented beach lounge chairs and an umbrella so didn't really need the beach chairs that were provided. Our biggest fear was the studio area that could also be rented, it was rented the entire time we were there, and I can tell you that you won't hear anything from that area, there is a separate entrance and we never heard a peep out of the other guests. The home to me was Spanish style with lots of tile and a wonderful charm. We avoid the "Super Hotels" and glad we did. Down the road is 080 Club and we ate there twice for dinner. One of the best places we ate at. We shopped at "Super Do It Center" down the road and it's all you need for groceries, alcohol, anything you need for your stay. Don't bother with the other grocery stores. The hosts were super responsive and there is a local woman who will help you with anything you need. Book with confidence if this is what you are looking for.

Nice house in a short driving distance to the beach

It is a good property with a good management. We had several small problems in the beginning, but Alicia (manager) and Stella (owner) promptly resolved our issues. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and are considering to come back to Aruba.

Wonderful vacation!

The house is as seen in the pictures and the pool perfect to relax. It is in a very calm neighbourhood and close to everything (although you need a car). Darwin, the manager, is great, very helpful and accomodating. We highly recommend it. We'll be back!

Our family of four adults from the United States stayed at this villa at the end of March for one week. This was not our first visit to Aruba and we always stay at private villas whenever we travel. Stella was so nice and accommodating to our family before, during and after our stay. She left us beach towels and camping chairs to use at the beach. Darwin, her property manager, was very kind and helpful. The villa and pool were clean upon arrival and it had everything we could possibly need to enjoy our week. Since we always use these type of reviews when choosing what villa to book in other locations, we would like share our observations to help other travelers make the right decision. We all agreed that the photos on Home Away made some of the rooms appear larger than they actually were. The living room area off the kitchen is extremely small and we found the couch very uncomfortable when trying to watch the NCAA Final Four basketball tournament. We must like soft beds in the U.S. because we all agreed the beds were extremely hard and the pillows were way too soft and flat, Please note that you are given an allowance for electricity usage. We were gone all day and only ran the air conditioning in each of the bedrooms to sleep (you needed it) and we exceeded the allowance by a small amount which Stella graciously waived. We never used the air in the living room. Not sure how you could use the air in all three bedrooms and stay within the limit. In the overview in Homeaway, it states there are two studios that are rented out. We did not see this when we booked. It is easily missed because it is at the bottom of the page under "More Details" Although the people at the studios did not interfere with our vacation, when outside at the pool in the morning enjoying our coffee, you could hear them over the wall enjoying their breakfast and conversation.

Good to hear that you had a great time on Aruba and that you were satisfied with our service. We are sorry to hear that our home didn’t meet all your expectations. With the current pictures, we try to reflect the size and atmosphere of our home as closely as possible. Measurements of the rooms are mentioned at our listing. Almost all of our furniture (couch, dining set, beds, mattresses) is brand new and was purchased just a few months ago. While selecting the mattresses, we picked the ‘medium’ softness, as we know a choice of mattress is something very personal. By picking the average, we attempt to please the majority of our guests. With regard to the electricity usage, we are very flexible with our guests (as you noticed). The reason why we estimate an average electricity use per day (which is done by most private villa’s on the island and which is mentioned in our listing) is that we would like to make our guests aware that we care for the environment. We want to avoid airconditionings from running all day when guests are not at home and this way we can maintain our rental rates affordable as well. We currently installed electricity-saving airconditionings in the bedrooms, which will even reduce the electricity use of our future guests. The studios next to our home are completely separated from the house and have its’ own entrance, without any access to the home or pool area. Like you experienced, we never had any interference with guests (it’s just like having neighbors). Awesome Vacation Home!!

We spent one week in this modern and cozy villa. The villa was amazing, with all the comforts of home, well equipped kitchen and rooms, spacious nice-clean bathrooms. The pool area was just perfect for us. Located in very quiet and upscale neighborhood, quick access to main road. Oh, and we had enough parking space for our two cars. We visited a couple beaches, but Arashi beach was our favorite, which is just minutes away. We could go early in the morning to reserve a spot and come back home for breakfast. Darwin the manager and Stella the owner were very helpful and knowledgeable of the area and gave us good tips. Highly recommend this villa to anyone planning to have a great family/friends time in Aruba!!

This comfortable villa is located away from the high rise hotels in a very quiet neighborhood. A short driving distance to Arashi and other northern beaches made it very convenient to come and go for shorter beach visits. It is very well kept up and the property manager was very accommodating. With no tall buildings to the east, the wind was not blocked, so expect to hang on to your plastic drink cups around the inviting pool.

We are the Sanchez family and we, Jorge, Stella and our daughters Lisa & Emma, love to have you as our guest. Our home is located at just 3 minutes driving from Aruba's best beaches and sleep a total of 6 people.
We have been living on Aruba for over 11 years and moved to Holland about 4 years ago. Feel free to ask us for recommendations and tips on the island.

Our villa is very cosy; the terracotta floors and the tropical garden give you a real holiday feeling. We completely refurnished the home, which means you will enjoy new beds and matrasses, a new couch, a new dining set and all new garden furniture. The home is decorated in great beach-house style, which will give you the real Aruban feeling! You will absolutely love the pool area; it's a very quiet, private space where you can lounge and jump in the pool whenever the Aruban sun gets too hot!
